JOURNAL FREE ACCESSThe complainant in the low frequency noise of low level increases in recent years. From the low frequency noise is included in the reasons too that is not cause of the complaint, the autonomy is worrying itself about its correspondence. In Environment Agency published “guide of low frequency noise problems correspondence” to deal with such complaint in 2004. However, the correspondences case study reports of such kind of low frequency noise are very little. This report introduces the command of the complaint substance to base on this guide and the case study to bring solution from the practice of measurements and countermeasure about the real low frequency noise complaint.
