重度身体障害者(上肢・下肢障害)教育について,今後のコンピュータを利用した身体障害者教育を考察し,方向性を探ってみる。現場指導員の判断として,重度身体障害者の就職に対し有利な条件は,知的能力(この場合の残存能力)が職業能力において一般の健常者と同様に存在し,職種に関連した適性(資質)かあることである。コンピュータを用いた職種において,この条件を満たすことで,残存能力を生かしながら,ノーマライゼーションをより進めることが可能である。職業能力開発における今後の指導科目にコンピュータ教育を導入するに当たり職業的利点や残存能力利用の可能性及び職業的自立についての問題点を新たに考察し,その解決策としてコンピュータを利用したネットワーク等をあげ,身体障害者教育の方向性を探ってみる。また,今後のコンピュータ・ネットワークを用いたコンピユータ教育の可能性として,職種の拡大や在宅勤務について検討し,コンピュータ教育の方向性を探る。

This study focuses on working mothers who are likely to experience role overload and strains as main prpviders of child care, and explores their gender orientations and informal social networks providing assistance in child care. Data were collected in 1989 using a sample of 213 mothers of nursery school children living in the Osaka metropolitan area. Mothers' gender orientations are hypothesized to affect their relationships with informal helpers in child care.
Some key findings were as follows:
(1) Factor analysis of ISRO (Index of Sex Role Orientation) found four factors : “division of labor by sex, ” “women being responsible for running their homes, ” “reversal of sex roles, ” “women building their careers.”
(2) A higher level of instrumental support from the husband was found among mothers who internalized less the traditional sex role norms associated with “division of labor by sex” and/or “women being responsible for running their homes.”
(3) A higher level of informational and emotional support from husbands' kin was found among mothers who internalized less the traditional sex role norms associated with “women being responsible for running their homes.”
(4) A higher level of emotional and informational support from friends at nursery school was found among mothers who internalized less the traditional sex role norms associated with “division of labor by sex” and/or “women being responsible for running their homes.”
It is concluded that for mothers, less traditional gender ideology may faciliate stronger child care support from their husbands and the non-kin network.

We reported the structures and biosynthetic experiments of prenylated indole alkaloids, notoamides, which isolated from a marine-derived fungus Aspergillus sp. Among them, notoamides A and B (1 and 2) and stephacidin A (6) contain a bicyclo[2.2.2]diazaoctane ring, which is proposed to be constructed from notoamice E (8) by the intramolecular Diels-Alder (IMDA) reaction. We made a feeding experiment of ^<13>C-labeled-8 in the minimum medium. Contrary to our expectaton, compounds containing a bicyclo ring were not obtained at all. This result suggested that the formation of a pyrane ring would be constructed after the formation of the bicyclo ring. Then, we made a feeding experiment of ^<13>C, ^<15>N-labeled-7, which lacks a pyrane ring in 6. As the result, a pinacol-type rearrangement of the isoprenyl group in 7 occurred to give 11 and 12, and no metabolite containing a bicyclo ring was afforded. Now, feeding experiments of ^<13>C, ^<15>N-labeled-11 and -12 are in progress. Nortoamides O-R (14-17) were isolated from the same extract of the fungus, which yielded other notoamides. Notoamide O (14) possesses a novel hemiacetal/hemiaminal ether functionality hitherto unknown among this family of prenylated indole alkaloids. The structure represents an unusual branc point for the oxidative modification of other members in the family of prenylated indole alkaloids in the biogenetic pathway.

In our laboratory, we search for drug leads from marine sponge, ascidian and fungus. The extract of the ascidian Didemnum sp., which collected in Indonesia in 2006, showed anti-fungal activity and inhibitory activity of p53-Mdm2 complex formation. p53, tumor suppressor, protein induced growth arrest and apoptosis, and Mdm2 is an E3 for p53 protein. Therefore, inhibition of p53-Mdm2 complex formation is a promising approach for treatment of cancer. Twelve new serinolipids, 1-12 were isolated from Indonesian ascidian Didemnum sp. 1D and 2D NMR spectrum and MS spectrum analysis was revealed the structures of these compounds possessing a 6,8-dioxabicyclo[3.2.1]octane ring, which was appeared in didemniserinolipid A, a glycerophosphocholine moiety and a serinol moiety containing sulfate. Compounds 1-12 demonstrated inhibition of p53-Mdm2 complex formation. Compounds 1 and 5 were the most potent inhibitors with an IC^<50> value of 2.0 μM, while compounds -2 and 10 exhibited weak inhibitors with IC^<50> values of 53 and 55 μM, respectively.

This paper proposes torsional vibrations of the clearance problem in coupling, joint and clutch for a rotating shaft system. To make researches into the vibrational phenomena of the system, bilinear spring stiffness models with hysteretic torque in clearance are developed. The dynamic behavior of this system is investigated by using a numerical simulation. It is demonstrated that the steady-state amplitude shows nonlinear characteristics and changes remarkably with the hysteretic torque of the system. The behavior of resonance curves is examined in detail when the equilibrium point of the torsional stiffness changes. The experiments are performed to confirm the results of numerical simulations, and the experimental results agree well qualitatively with those from the simulations.

　利用者の減少が続いた長野電鉄屋代線は2012年3月に廃止され，代替バスが翌年4月1日から運行された．本研究は，代替バスの利用状況を調査分析し，導入時の検討課題の整理と利用促進を図るための運行改善策を検討することを目的としている．具体的な調査は，(1)3回の乗降調査，(2)代替バス利用者アンケート調査，(3)代替バス非利用者アンケート調査，(4)代替バス走行実態調査を集計分析し，代替バスからの乗客逸走の原因および運行サービスの改善案を検討した．その結果，非利用者の多くは自転車を利用していた．

　2011年東日本大震災津波の際に東北地方沿岸のGPS波浪計により得られた津波波形をもとに，津波の下での底面境界層に関する検討を行った．数値解析には，これまで様々な流体解析に適用された実績のあるk-ωモデルを使用した．水深に比べて境界層厚さはきわめて薄く，風波の下での底面境界層と同様な速度分布であった．また，flow regimeは滑面乱流から粗面乱流への遷移域に位置する．このため，これまで多用されているマニング式などの定常流摩擦係数では底面摩擦を過小評価していることが明らかになった．そこで，前報において提案した正弦波動摩擦係数を用いて，不規則な津波による底面剪断力を算定するための手法を適用し，その精度の総合的検討を行った．

This paper proposes torsional vibrations of the loosened clearance problem in coupling and joint for a rotating shaft system. When the coupling and joint are loosened due to deformation, or wear and tear, the torsional stiffness of the rotating shaft may be assumed by a bilinear model for the clearance in coupling and joint. To make researches into the vibrational phenomena of the system, bilinear spring stiffness models are developed. The dynamic behavior of this system is investigated by using a numerical simulation. The possibility to detect the loosened clearance is studied by using nonlinear vibration analyses of the system in this paper. The investigation is based on frequency response, time response, bifurcation diagram, FFT, phase plane diagram and Poincare map.

The homeless problem in Britain has been tackled as a big social problem since 1970's. The legal grounds of homeless measures in Britain have been established by the Housing Act (1977). Since the later half of 80's, rough sleepers, which were a one form of single homeless which was apt to be left out of priority need as prescribed by Housing Act, became a social problem. Special measures for rough sleepers have been executed. The Labour government established the Social Exclusion Unit in 1997, and this unit considered rough sleepers as part of the tip of social exclusion. And Labour established the Rough Sleepers Unit to solve this problem in 1999. The target of this Unit is to reduce rough sleepers by at least two thirds by March 2002. This unit has carried out a strategy to help rough sleepers. The aim of this paper is to introduce the present conditions of rough sleepers which are a type of single homeless and a strategy of central government for rough sleepers. Firstly, I examine the definition of homeless in the Housing Act and statutory homeless. Secondly, I consider the single homeless problem and a strategy of the Rough Sleepers Unit. Thirdly, I mention the outline of social security system, e.g. income support, in order to understand a strategy for homeless people.

Data publishing that keeps availability and preserves privacy is important. In this case, it is necessary to balance the tradeoff between privacy (security) and availability, because they are not necessarily related if they can be quantified. To consider their tradeoff, it is necessary to set some parameters for data anonymization appropriately. Usually, this step needs trial and errors by hand but it is convenient to automatically make the data private to publish data frequently. Here, we propose an automatic parameter tuning method that keeps availability expected on the data with preserving privacy by using multi-objective optimization whose objective functions are the index of security and availability and design parameters are parameters needed for anonymization. We use Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm (NSGA)-II to consider the tradeoffs between privacy and availability. Experiments on the diabetes data show that our method keeps availability with preserving privacy and can obtain the non-dominated solutions that satisfy the requirement. Our method includes various anonymization methods such as top-bottom coding, k- anonymization, outlier removal, random replacement, and differential privacy in the framework of multi-objective optimization. In addition, to select the most robust non-dominated solution against attack, we use a record-linking attack to non-dominated solutions, which shows the effectiveness.
