A gas chromatographic analysis of α-naphthylamine (α-NH₂), β-naphthylamine (β-NH₂), α-naphthol and β-naphthol in cosmetic coal-tar colors has previously been described, in which the detection limit was reported to be 2ppm (Bulletin of National Institute of Hygienic Sciences, 89, 112, 1971)
Although it is desirable to develop the analytical method with a higher sensitivity judging from a recent public concern over the safety, Japan's Cabinet Order for the enforcement of the Labor Safety and Sanitation Law designated β-NH₂ as a material not to be manufactured or processed and in addition, it is very likely in the future that the use of β-NH₂ even as an experimental reagent will hardly be approved legally.
Thus, the separation of α- and β-NH₂, the determination of the eluting position of β-NH₂ by α-NH₂, the relative sensitivity of β-NH₂ to α-NH₂, the calibration curve and detection limit were studied by using high speed liquid chromatograph (with fluorescence monitor) together with the clean-up procedure and the method was established for determining β-NH₂ in cosmetic coal-tar colors with the detection limit of 5ppb by using α-NH₂ as an alternate standard.

地方分権一括法の可決成立に伴う地方自治法の改正によって，機関委任事務制度が廃止され，国の直轄執行事務となるもの以外は，

受託事務と自治事務に振り分けられた。これらは，いずれも，地方公共団体の事務であるから，憲法の規定に照らしても，条例を制定することが可能である。ただ，受託事務については，国の関与が強くある結果，条例制定できる余地はそれほど大きくないといわれる。

しかし，そうした理解は，妥当ではない。

受託事務であっても，たとえば，国政選挙のように，地方公共団体が独自の政策裁量を働かせる余地が小さいものもあれば，自治事務に近い性格を持つために，その余地が大きいものもある。前者を，本来的受託事務，後者を，非本来的受託事務という。

産業廃棄物処理施設の設置許可事務は，

受託事務であるが，振り分けの経緯をみると，その整理は，暫定的なものであったことがわかる。また，機関委任事務制度のもとで立地をめぐる紛争が多発していたのは，まさに，事務の性格そのものに由来するからであった。したがって，受託事務であるという理由で，条例の対応を排除するのは，適切ではない。自治事務とされた産業廃棄物処理計画と許可処分を条例のなかでリンクさせて，地域的事情を踏まえた産業廃棄物処理行政が展開されるべきである。

In the previous papers, at first, the relationship between the stress rate and the tangent stiffness with the special orthogonal group SO (3) for finite element formulation was shown. The stress rates used were Truesdell stress rate, Jaumann stress rate, Neo-Green stress rate and Ishihara stress rate. Next, tangent stiffnesses of beam elements using those stress rates were led. Next, 6 kinds of euler-buckling equations were led by 2 kinds of rotation and with or without shear deformation and axial stretch. And, euler-buckling equations of a beam by those 4 kinds of stress rates were led in order to get the guideline of finite element formulation. Then, in this paper, euler-buckling and torsion-buckling problems of those beam elements will be solved and the euler-buckling loads of those beam elements will be compared with the loads of theoritical solutions.

本稿では，大規模企業アンケート調査結果から，ロシア企業の主に

外福利の実施の有無と，労務費に占める，外福利厚生費の割合に着目し，規模の大きな企業や労働組合を有する企業で積極的に福利厚生が実施されているという仮説を検証した．またロシア福利厚生施策の地域差の有無を推定した．その結果，仮説は支持され，地域差が確認された．さらにその地域差と地域市場の福利厚生ビジネス発展との関係について考察した．

非財務情報（記述情報）の重要性が高まり，

開示における比率も高まっているが，日本においては，事業報告及びその附属明細書が監査役等の監査報告の対象とされていることを除くと，「その他の記載内容」として公認会計士監査において通読・検討の対象となりうるにとどまっている。しかし，いくつかの欧州諸国では独立保証業務提供者（監査を提供する者が兼ねていることが多い）による検証の対象とされ，EUの企業持続可能性報告指令案では監査人等による保証の対象とすることを求めることが提案されている。日本において，非財務情報の検証を監査人に要求することを検討する際の課題（公認会計士法の下では，監査法人は非財務情報の保証を業として行うことはできないと解されるし，公認会計士も監査と同時提供できないという問題を含む）を検討し，また，その場合の責任がどのようなものとなるのかを考察する。

On 20 patients of appendicitis, we have observed the changes of the N. P. N. - content in the serum during pre-- and post--operative periods of appendectomy.
In every patient, N. P. N. was measured by mikro-Kjeldahl method 4 times, that is, at first just before the operation, 24 hours and 72 hours after the operation, and at last 6 days after the operation.
The results obtained were as follows:
1) The rise in the N. P. N. -content of the serum was seen in all patients 24 hours after the operation and it returned to the pre-operation value 6 days after the operation in all patients.
2) Between the patients who were administered chlorpromazin and not given it, there was no marked difference in the changes of N. P. N. - content.
3) In the group of acute type of appendicitis, the N. P. N, content was higher already before the operation, and the rise after the operation was also higher than the group of chronic type.

2000年4月に地方分権をめぐる一括法が施行され、水路や赤道などの

外公共物が国から市区町村へ権限譲与された。以降自治体では、日常的な維持管理が行われている。社寺地等をめぐる外公共物の主な問題には、現在も外公共物が社寺地内に残置されている、所有者不明土地や登記未変更地との関係、日常の維持管理がある。日常の維持管理は、自治体または社寺等が行い、管理方針は、自治体への半構造化面接により、慣行のまま、譲渡を積極的に行う、撤去を求めるの3タイプに分類された。自治体は、外公共物の譲渡や維持管理の際、所有者不明土地や登記未変更地がある場合、通常よりも対応が煩雑になる。2011年に発災した東日本大震災後、社寺地内の公共物の対応方針は、すべて自治体、占用許可範囲については許可者、近隣所有者が対応したに分けられる。

本稿の目的は「1 辺両端角の三角形の面積公式」を高等学校数学1 の教材として取り上げることの教育的価値について論じることである．「1辺両端角の三角形の面積公式」は既存の「三角形の面積公式」を基に適用の仕方を場合分けすると4通りの表現が得られる．更にこれらの間の関係を調べると「三角関数の加

理」が得られる．特に「角の和と差の正弦の加理」が同時に得られることが特長である．これらは角を三角形の内角に限っているため成立範囲は狭いが，「1辺両端角の三角形の面積公式の表現の間の関係式」として発見的に得られるので，その必然性を理解しやすい．これは「三角関数の加理」の導入の仕方に従来とは別の方法を示唆する．これらのことを「1辺両端角の三角形の面積公式とそれに基づく三角関数の加理の証明」と「想定される生徒の学習活動」として示した．それにより「数学を創造・発展させる機会を与える」という点で「1辺両端角の三角形の面積公式」が「多面的思考の価値」を示す教材になり得ることを示唆した．

昭和41年7月, 京都市北端2級僻地の1小学校の学童, 男子21名, 女子24名について栄養摂取状況および, 身体状況調査を行ない, 下記の成績を得た。
I, 栄養摂取状況 熱量摂取は男女共, 昭和41年度国民栄養調査京都市内平均の成績に比較すると, 3～27%上回っている。蛋白質摂取量は, 男女共, 低学年で約49g, 高学年で約61gで, 調査値よりも下回っている。脂肪摂取は男子は調査値よりも下回っているが, 女子は上回っている。その他の栄養素摂取は, 調査値より下回っているものが多い。
II, 蛋白質は動物性蛋白質を33～38%摂取しているが, 卵類, 乳類の摂取が少なく, リジン摂取量は2.5～3.59であった。
III, 男子の身長, 体重および胸囲は, 全国平均に比較して, 約10%下回っている。
IV, 血液性状は全血比重の大部分が1.051～1.053, ヘモグロビンは11.0～13.0g/dl, 血清蛋白は6.1～6.8g/dlであった。
V, 以上の成績より, 男子の体位がやや劣っているのは, 栄養摂取, 特に蛋白質の質および量の不足によるものと推察される。

In the previous papers, the relationship between the stress rate and the tangent siffness with the special orthogonal group SO (3) for finite element formulation was shown. The stress rates used were Truesdell stress rate, Jaumann stress rate, Neo-Green stress rate and Ishihara stress rate. And, stiffness elements of tangent stiffnesses of beam elements with SO (3) were shown. They were material stiffness ΔδΠ_m, geometric stiffness of rigid rotation ΔδΠ_rg, geometric stiffness of stretch of stress direction ΔδΠ_{sg, stress}, geometric stiffness of stretch of perpendicular line of area ΔδΠ_{sg, area} and geometric stiffness of stretch of deformation rate ΔδΠ_{sg, deform}. In this paper, the constitutive equation of the new Ishihara stress rate will be considered. And it will be shown that although the stress rate and the strain rate are nonsymmetric, the material stiffness matrix will be symmetric. And it will be proved that geometric stiffness of rigid rotation will also be able to be symmetric with 2nd order convergent rate. And it will be shown that the formulation with SO (3) will be different from the conventional formulation with infinitesimal rotation.

In the previous papers, the relationship between the stress rate and the tangent stiffness was derived using the special orthogonal group SO (3) in the finite element formulation. The stress rates used are the Truesdell stress rate, the Jaumann stress rate, the Neo-Green stress rate and the Ishihara stress rate. In that work, the stiffness elements of the tangent stiffnesses of beam elements with SO (3) were given. Those elements include material stiffness ΔδΠ_m, geometric stiffness of rigid rotation ΔδΠ, geometric stiffness of stretch to stress direction ΔδΠ, geometric stiffness of stretch perpendicular to area ΔδΠ and geometric stiffness of stretch to deformation rate ΔδΠ. In this paper, post-buckling analyses are made using the beam element of Ishihara stress rate. It is shown that the results are almost the same as the results of both 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional analyses of elastica, because the beam element has only geometric stiffness of rigid rotation as geometric stiffness and it can exactly show the nonlinearity of rigid rotation. It is also shown that the beam element without SO (3) can't be used for 3-dimensional large rotation analysis.
