    This article argues that ‘Abenomics’ has to be reconstructed，if the government seriously aims to improve people’s living standard for wide range of citizens. Poverty rates and poverty reduction rates in Japan suggest that income redistribution is not only ineffective in reducing poverty, but actually deepening poverty for children and households where all adult members work(double− earning couples，and working lone parents and singles). On the contributing side of redistribution, Japan is among countries with least progressive schemes，has the highest rate of net contribution for lone parents. Finally, outcomes of ‘Abenomics’ are examined to lead some policy implications.

    Agricultural cooperatives have potentials for a contribution to the communities through their own activities based on agriculture and food. The purpose of this study is to find out how the cooperative can construct the system for contribution to their community utilizing their local market and how the community, especially local consumers are affected. To achieve this, a practical example, "Farm-mileage program" held in Higashiosaka city was focused on, and interview survey and questionnaire survey were conducted. In result, this activity plays important roles on partly enhancing consumers’ knowledge for local agriculture and purchasing local certified farm products.

    In recent years, the operational problems of agricultural co-operatives have diversified with the change of social, economic conditions. For this reason, this paper assumed that making better use of the information possessed by the individual employee in agricultural co-operatives may be necessary, and subsequently conducted a social experiment that attempted to form human networks among 14 agricultural co-operatives in Miyagi Prefecture. In this paper, the author analyzed the formation process and formation technique by utilizing web bulletin board as a tool; the social experiment was conducted since September 2011.

    The purpose of this study was consciousness for the CO-OP of visually-impaired person with positioning. As a result of this study, deliver service purchase means visually-impaired person have the most reliable. One reason why is that they have a feeling of trust for the product of CO・OP with assurance for food and fresh. In addition, according to interview survey, visually-impaired person started to use CO-OP delivery service from information of visually-impaired person. Why do they continue used CO-OP? Because they attach importance to confidence with shopping, and they said to have confidence in CO-OP.

    Iwate co-op recycles 10t more of waste cooking vegetable oil from members. They are the biggest movement in Iwate prefecture, however the quality of the waste cooking oil is unclear so that co-ops are not able to estimate their status in waste cooking oil recycle movement. The aims of this article are to clarify the quality of Iwate co-op's collected oil, their cooking usage behind the quality and compere the quality among co-op and other bio-diesel producers. We researched acid value as a quality index, and we found co-op members' oil has higher quality than other bio-diesel producers.
