The Hydro-cast material is a treatment material tol ead to a success with Complete Denture. Chase was used with clinic for the first time, and it reported that 90per cent of the 343 denturesobserved were outstanding successes when compared with the patient's previous experience wearingdentures. Effect on functional impression is reported, too. Pound made artificial Complete denturesdevelop more by using the hydro-cast material.
Tissue conditioning and occlusal adjustment were repeated, and a new denture was made andattached. The denture which adjustment free denture was not finally more in could be attached. Itcrossed that denture after the installation in 1 and a half, and became stable. This denture was theadjustment free denture hadn't more been in since the installation again. On the other hand, astanding posture improved, too, and followed good progress after that as well.

Recently it is recommended that you should mount casts to the articulator by the method called“Esthetic Mounting”for making the esthetic restoration. By the way, for the purpose of analyzing orthodontics and the function of temporomandibular joint, many people mount casts by the method of using the facebow.. For the team approach with prosthodontist, orthodontist, dental technichian, and sometimes with oral surgeon, it's profitable that you mount casts to the same kind of articulator by the same method and you discuss other specialists with this casts.
This time, I design the new type of occlusal plane's plate it could analyze both aesthestics and function When you use this plate, you could do orthodontic analysis and smile analysis. When you use this new type of occlusal plane's plate, you could communicate well with other specialists and dental technichian and then you could do the multi-disciplinary approach successfully.

Patients with congenital missing teeth have a tendency to consult with dentists in their early ages. Usually, they undergo dental orthodontic treatment in order to close the space by the missing teeth or to expand the space for placement of artificial teeth.
In addition, the most teeth have no restorations. Dental bridge treatment which removing a portion of enamel to allow a room for a crown to be placed over them is impractical, and denture treatment is also unsuitable for their ages. Thus, I think that minimal dental implant treatment after their growth period is appropriate for them.
In this study, I will present an oral rehabilitation case using minimal dental implants in close liaison with an orthodontic dentist for a congenital multiple missing teeth case, and I will express my opinion about this case and discuss it.

The human body has tolerance. Because of the tolerance, the ideals cannot be sometimes seen. What is the genuine occlusion we should have? The author believes that natural dentitions which do not have occlusal wear are a key factor in the genuine occlusion. This article will discuss the genuine ideal occlusion observed in natural dentitions that do not have occlusal wear.

It was a well-known fact that spinal curvature is caused by a malocclusion. Although we know those fine reports by occulusal treatments to be in combination with chiropractic or kinesitherapy, it is very difficult to obtain standard view for the various skill of operator and the spontaneous effort of patients.
On the other hand, about treatment of cervicobrachial disease by the orthopedics, cervical traction by using Glisson sling, that has support parts on the occipital and mandible, became commonplace. Its sling was difficult to be maintained rest condition to the craniocervical muscles, because mastication muscles are altered hyper-tonus for mandibular reflexs, such as aperture reflex, occulsal reflex and mastication reflex. Especially, those patients derived from malocclusion, have almost a problem at the temporomandibular joint (TMJ), and the TMJ disease might be aggravated by compression of the mandible. Therefore, a new designed sling (Morisawa sling) that is not supported the mandible, will be required for cervical traction.
On retrognathism 2cases, Morisawa sling was used concomitantly as the supplementary means of occulusal treatment. Those patients were discussed to compare by lateral cephalometric evaluation of the alteration of the mandibular position, the hyoid position and the cervical alignment between pre and post-treatment with natural craniocervical posture. I would like to introduce this new sling, because the patients achieved a good result with relatively short treatment period.

The long-term functional stability of the stomatognathic system during parafunctional movements such as nocturnal bruxism is determined by the following three factors: occlusal plane angle, occlusal height and tooth guidance in harmony with condylar movement. When treating malocclusion that was diagnosed to be inharmonious to the stomatognathic system based on signs such as TMJ disorders, hypersensitivity or abfraction of teeth, there were limitations in performing prosthodontic and splint therapy. In these circumstances, accurate diagnosis with proper understanding of the cause of malocclusion is often necessary before performing prosthodontic, conservative or orthodontic therapy. Based on the concept of Austrian gnathology which follows an occlusion theory that is more physiological than the past mechanistic gnathology and ideas of Slavicek (former Professor, University of Vienna) and Sato (Professor, Kanagawa Dental College), we document how we diagnosed malocclusion and recovered the biological functions of the maxillofacial system in low-angle Class III patients.

The POI Implant® (Japan Medical Material, JAPAN, OSAKA) series have broadly been clinically applied from the case of single tooth missing to the case of edentulous jaw, successfully rasing good clinical results. This author et al. have reported the case of overlay denture using the impacted tooth and Implant.
    Conclusion
    1) It is effective to use the FINATITE® for the purpose of abbreviation of the healing period for recovery of the FINAFIX®.
    2) It was effective to apply the TESLOX SYSTEM® in case any local conditions were infavorable or in case the parallelism between the abutments was wrong.
    3) In case of combined use of tooth and implant, inserting of the implant is usually made in matched with the tooth.
In case, it is necessary to adjust the degree of parallelism between tooth and implant again upon setting the attachment, it is effective to apply the TESLOX SYSTEM®.

In recent years, implants have often been used as the first choice of prosthodontic therapy for single missing teeth, and the concept of one implant to one missing tooth is becoming more common.
However, the superstructural design of molar implants is still one that avoids lateral occlusal contact. Furthermore, in anterior teeth, implants are often designed to be functionally protected by natural teeth, and as the main focus of therapy, esthetics tends to take precedence over function.
Meanwhile, the jaw is tending to be weaker, and the incidence of congenitally missing teeth has markedly increased. Orthodontic therapy is difficult in many cases, and implants are being used in such patients. However, implants cannot fulfill the functional roles of missing teeth, and this is becoming an important issue.
Here, following orthodontic therapy, implants were placed in a patient with congenitally missing bilateral maxillary canines. The implants were designed to function like natural canines in harmony with the other teeth and the temporomandibular joint.

This case is about a male patient of 55 years old, born in November 1924. At time of his first visit, he still had 20 teeth. Blade Vent Implants were placed to the free end missing in the lower right molar and the intermediate missing of the left molar. After 10 to 14 years due to the worsened prognosis, it became inevitable to remove them. To secure life-prolonging of the two anterior teeth of the mandible, Stabilizer Pin Implant was performed. Thereafter teeth difficult to conserve were extracted to be replaced by partial prosthesis, however due to the periodontal disease which is characteristic of aged patients and the dental neck caries, tooth extraction was inevitable. Since it came to a total loss of teeth both in maxilla and mandible, full denture was placed. While the maxilla was stable, there was a severe bone absorption in the mandible and as it was unstable, four Root Form Implants were placed to secure stability of the denture. Occlusion and aesthetic improved.

Anchorage plays an important role in orthodontic treatment. Extraoral traction can be an effective reinforcement, but demands exceptional patient cooperation.
Prosthetic osseointegrated implants have been suggested and used to reinforce anchorage. However, clinicians have hesitated to use prosthetic implants as orthodontic anchorage because of limited implantation space, high cost, and long waiting period for osseointegration.
M.I.A. (Micro Implant Anchorage) were introduced as orthodontic anchorage due to their many advantages such as ease of insertion and removal, low cost, immediate loading, and their ability to be placed any area of the alveolar bone.
In this study, patients were treated with using MIA. The M.I.A. provides anchorage for retraction of the upper anterior teeth. This approach to the treatment has the following characteristics:
    1. Independent of patient cooperation.
    2. Distal movement of upper molars were possible.
These results indicate that M.I.A. might be a very good option.

In the medical world and the WHO, the custom of smoking, which is the biggest risk factor in all diseases, including periodontal disease, is no longer viewed as a question of preference, but instead is now recognized as symptomatic of nicotine dependence. Those organizations recommend smoking cessation and also recommend that preventive education be given to individuals who may become smokers in the future.
The dental clinic uses a recall system comprised of periodic doctor examinations and oral hygiene management by dental hygienists, which makes the dental office an effective and suitable environment for smoking cessation support.
For all disease treatments, the causes and risk factors should first be eliminated.

In recent years, the report that Regenerative Medical Treatment using PRP (=Platelet-Rich Plasma), such as implant therapy, oral surgery, and periodontal surgery operation, which is currently performed not only among a research organization but also among general dentists are effective, is seen frequently.
It seems that the borderline between medial treatment and dentist treatment has been lost today when various kinds and uses are reported by reference about this Regenerative Medical Treatment. It is just the arrival of dentists that requires having the medical knowledge.
Among the Regenerative Medical treatment done by general dentist, the most important method would be self-blood by patients. Venous blood sampling is a method which to take the required amount of self-blood. It is well known that this Venous blood Sampling is fundamental method in medical and nursing department; however, it is not too much to say that is it not in dentistry except oral surgery and anesthesia department. Therefore individual difference will arise and this might cause a trouble with patients. In such, while talking about fundamentals of Venous blood sampling which might become the first step of Regenerative Medical Treatment, we will also consider the problems it may cause.

By using the Bruxchecker at the time of the sleep used by clinical when treating a patient without the chief complaint in particular about occlusion, the problem of occlusion has been grasped and the prosthesis was produced based on average date. As a result, it seems that the prosthetic dentistry medical treatment in consideration of occlusion has an important meaning also in preventive dentistry.

Recently, the number of patients with severe jaw deformation who undergo treatment has been increasing in the orthodontic field since the start of health insurance coverage of the treatment of such disorders.
In this study, to prevent the induction of functional problems in the mandibular joint and to improve mandibular deformity, we used different osteotomy methods in the left and right mandibular ramus, i.e., intraoral vertical ramus osteotomy in the left side and sagittal splitting ramus osteotomy in the right side. Improvement of mandibular protrusion and normal occlusion were obtained by surgical orthodontic treatment, but the mandibular asymmetry could not be improved.
From experience of the reconstruction of malocclusion in jaw deformity, development of the following methods was considered necessary based on problems in orthodontic treatment and future prospects:
    1. Diagnostic method by highly accurate and high-dimensional imaging,
    2. Biomechanical analysis and a simulation method in each patient,
    3. Genetic diagnosis method,
    4. Development and improvement of orthodontic devices for the efficient movement of teeth.
