Japan Blood Products Organization (JB) is a pharmaceutical company that started in October 2012. As an administrator of library and information, I was involved in systems related to articles and information. In this paper, I describe the background on the introduction, selection criteria and environment of the system. Next, I gather the users’ voices about the document delivery system ARROW actually introduced by JB, as well as report on the various statistics created from monthly usage data as an administrator. In closing, I introduce the good points of ARROW and the points I wish for the future from both the position of the users and the position of the administrator.
