A 36-year-old woman presented intermittent claudication in her left lower leg. A Computed tomography showed the lesion localized in the left popliteal artery, which caused the severe stenosis of artery. Based on the image-diagnosis, we performed surgical resection of cystic lesion and the arterial stenosis was resolved successfully. After that, symptoms of left lower leg were nonrecurrent.
