Constantly used as a HCL removal in bag filter system by using pulse
jet system in the municipal waste incineration facility Ca(OH)2, said that
there is a necessity from the verification of the neutralization reaction
pathway, it has been used with an excess of it in front of bag filter inlet in
order to meet the emission regulations concentration.In this paper, to improve
reaction efficiency of Ca(OH)2 and HCL at dust layer on the filter by the
improvement of filtration operation, as well as filter specification, we
examined experimentally to reduce Ca(OH)2 usage, the following findings were
obtained.1.Higher cleaning efficiency of dust on the filter, lower HCL
concentration and Ca(OH)2 amount at the filter exit can be achieved.2.It is
possible to obtain high cleaning efficiency in small specification of the
filter diameter, reduction of HCL concentration can be achieved.3.By using
layered washable method against dust on the filter, it is possible to reduce
the HCL concentration than milled peeling method. It is presumed that the dust
remaining in the filter cloth is a factor of the reaction efficiency reduction.
