This paper describes the model tyre/brake simulator characteristics throughout some measurements on several conditions to prove that model tyre/brake simulator using small motor and model tyre etc. shows qualitatively equal characteristics for lateral force or braking force on actual tyre. Using this model tyre/brake simulator within engineering education in the college, it is expected obvious effects to improve of understanding the mechanism and force generation in the rotating tyre, especially for the beginners for engineering.

At Department of Mechanicl Engineering Tokyo University, about 140 students take the subject "Manufacturing Exercize" in one torm. Before they take the "Machineworks" in safety education, and after the subject they were performed in the following step-up in the first experience of manufactuing. Through these responces the authors considered the studens' recognitions of safety. The interested the student's recognitions are limited in very small and narrow world, In this parper the authors are reporting on Safety in the students' manufacturing ezercize

Technology improves in the days by the continuous effort that a new territory, a field are opened up. And, that result gives it many favors toward the society. The fundamental ability which supports the development of science is creative power. This is the power to produce a new object. And, this is the power to have an idea about new objects, too. And, there are many ways of developing it very much in the research field of the creativity, the definition, the structure and the system, the way of evaluating it. And, not only pedagogy but also psychology, medical science and a study of the man of culture kind are wide in a learning area as well to do research. Furthermore, there are many enterprises studying creativity rich talented people rearing individually as a strategy to survive in the industrial world which has the competition power in the world scale required in global society to progress rapidly lately, too. New high school system started in 1948. It succeeded to various kinds of industrial school. Technical high schools turned out many competent technicains in the field of industory, and they contributed to industrial development of Japan. But from the 1980s, more students hoped to go to a higher education institutions after guraduation from high school, so they preferred to go to a general high school than a technical high school. In recent years, the scale of technical high school has been decreased. Nevertheless, many technical high school students have learned special knowledge and skills through various kinds of handcrafts and experiments. In this paper describes the coorporation between technical high schools and the labor field, and the articulation between technical high schools and institutes and considers teacher's training system concerning the industrial course. Hereafter the education of technical high school should emphasize the subject not only technology but also science and mathenatics related to the world concerning about the occupation and work.

The importance of production process is understood through the education which makes a simple article among schoolchildren and students. It is considered that to establish standpoint of Japan as a technology-intensive nation and the basis is possible. By understanding purpose and goal that acquired and clarified the technology from the period of the compulsory education, it leads so that the flotation idea may germinate. In the course of mechanical engineering in technical college, this paper makes the creation work complete through the class of the engineering seminar. Recently the change of environment which surrounds engineering education and engineering education is remarkable. The especially, reduction in school hours in elementary school education and junior high school education in engineering education. The decrease in physics engineering applicant who is represented in the language of science and technology detached room. Various systems such as intern ship, PLB, creation education, promoter education, on-the-job training are examined in other side, and they begin actually. It systematically does not commit these in being respectively active, and in cooperating. it clarifying system and discussion by today these education system a situation grasp in a past should be carried out as the previous step.
