This paper examines the emotional status and support patterns of women regarding childrearing. It is a longitudinal study, designed to explore the psychosocial aspects of women during and after pregnancy up to two years. The study participants completed MCQ, GHQ30, EPDS and SE questionnaires in third trimester of pregnancy, early postpartum and at 1, 7,12 and 24 months postpartum. Findings indicated; (1) a significant difference between in third trimester of pregnancy and early postpartum, former scored higher on depression and emotional instability; (2) similar pattern of MCQ during pregnancy and 2 years after birth; (3) scale on support from husband was high at 2 years postpartum. Score on body image especially concerned about body weight was high at 1 year postpartum; (4) GHQ scored higher than average at 1 & 2 years postpartum; (5) a significant difference berween primiparae and multiparae, former having higher anxiety and depression. From the findings above it is clear that women are confronted with different set of psychosocial problems during pregnancy, postpartum and a considerable period after child birth. So, it is important that early screening should routinely be carried out to identify at risk women for continued follow up during pregnancy, postpartum and period after child birth.

Recently, it is apprehensive for the decline of the woman's first sexual intercourse age and entailed artificial abortion and the increase in the sexual transmitted disease (STD). However, girl students hardly tell parents and a school teacher a sexual problem freely. An E-mail and the Internet are used for the girl students, and a consultation about the sex knowledge in our clinic. As for the E-mail and the consultation on the Internet, a student can discuss sexual problem. We took 799 cases Internet consultation with 2,023 (462 people) E-mail consultation from the student until now. Though there were many questions about STD, the irregular menses, and the artificial abortion in the Internet consultation, a consultation in the E-mail was compared with an Internet consultation, and there were more secret-like many questions. It almost E-mailed it, and there were most consultations from the girl of an average fourteen years old in the consultation before the first sexual intercourse. It was because there was it and that next was lonely though the reason of the first sexual intercourse of the girls' high school student was deeply love. It was possible for the student who didn't have the adviser who taught them ac-curate sex knowledge. Correspondence with a system is only necessary for the E-mail and the consultation on the Internet for 24 hours. And, there are many required problems only from the student's question.

The present authors reported the process of psychotherapy for the three women with uterine cancer who were found to be anxious and depressive during the period after their surgical operation. They all appeared very nervous to other patients around the time of the operation while the interpersonal conflicts increased their anxiety and anger. As they are inclined to over control themselves, they have suppressed their own feelings. Therefore, psychotherapy including improvement in expressing their feelings, managing their anger and learning the relaxation technique recovered their psychological stability.
