This article reports a validation task and confidential interval estimation for SDG15.4.2 (Mountain Green Cover Index) and SDG11.3.1 (Ratio of land consumption rate to population growth rate) based on earth observation satellite data and Japanese official data and statistics during FY2020 and FY2021. In addition, this article mentions empirical results for these two SDG indicators obtained in the observation data validation WG established in the MIC Meeting for Promotion of the Use of Big Data. Prof. Dr. Aki-Hiro Sato from Yokohama City University and Prof. Dr. Wataru Takeuchi from the University of Tokyo joined in the validation task on recommendation by the Transdisciplinary Federation of Science and Technology and other members belonging to Geospatial Information Authority of Japan, Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency. This study describes stagnation problems in regional healthcare networks (hereafter referred to as “networks”) and strategies for overcoming them. If the value of networks were higher than that of conventional systems and if they could be traded at lower cost, the demand for transactions would have increased and the networks would have developed as expected. In reality, however, the value of networks is not fully guaranteed, and repeated excessive subsidies have resulted in the formation of an unhealthy markets where the transaction costs of information goods have remained high and transaction demand has remained low. This has resulted in stagnation due to the lack of economic rationality on the part of users to use the networks. Therefore, to overcome these problems, we proposed a strategy to lower transaction costs for networks.

We consider current status and analysis of medical linkage network using data in Yokohama. The introduction of electronic medical records and participation in medical information network enhance the convenience of exchanging patient information by doctors. It takes time to improve the convenience of information exchange. It was suggested that qualitative handling is required rather than quantity for information exchange represented by the exchange of referral letters.

The purpose of the research paper is to propose three research subjects related to the educational methods of hybrid group work exercises. The first research subject is to design “learning BOMs” that correspond to the overall education curriculum for the hybrid group work exercises. The second is to design the database of AI chatbot “Q\&A system” according to the designed learning BOMs. The third is to analyze the learning logs of learning behaviors for each learner to use the AI chatbot “Q\&A system” during actual group exercises and after classes.

There is a high demand for experienced workers in the indirect sectors, and a certain number of people have willing to make changing jobs. So, to prevent an serious exodus of working employees in indirect sectors, the purpose of this study was put on evaluating (1) whether work satisfaction or career motivation affects their tendencies to change jobs, and (2) what kinds of factors influence their work satisfaction or career motivation. To this end, we conducted a questionnaire survey of 500 employees in planning sectors, including finance and accounting, general affairs, and human resources, and conducted a covariance structure analysis to measure psychological factors, as well as a path analysis of antecedents including organizational factors, psychological factors, work-life balance, perception of colleagues changing jobs and attitudes toward job change. Regarding the path analysis of the employees' intention to change jobs, it was suggested that the psychological factors “work-life balance” and “work satisfaction” had a significant negative influence (decreased intention to change jobs), and “perception of colleagues' job change” had a significant positive influence (increased intention to change jobs) on the employees' intention to change jobs. The results of the survey showed that in addition, “work satisfaction” was significantly and directly influenced by the antecedent condition “personal skills,” and “personal skills” were influenced by “human resource development” and “sharing of internal values”. On the other hand, the psychological factors of “career motivation” and “satisfaction with salary” had no effect on the desire to change jobs, while “sharing of internal values” and “human resource development” had no effect on “work satisfaction”.
