In Japan, there is a building to ensure the service life of 80-90 years built by applying the finish Reinforced Concrete Buildings to traditional plastering. There is also research that ensures the durability of effect due to suppression of neutral exterior finishing material aims to ensure the service life. In recent years, as one of the measures of global environmental issues, such as the construction industry to reduce emissions of carbon dioxide and reduction of industrial waste has been prompted. So, that improves the durability performance of reinforced concrete buildings, long-term use has become necessary. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the protective effect of Reinforced Concrete Buildings precursor was subjected to finishing material to concrete plasterer.

This research considered using the new finish pattern of a ground wall about the shrinkage crack of the ground wall. The mix proportions which changed each amount of mixing of the ground, Susa, and paste examined the crack development situation by drying shrinkage. Moreover, this research examined the technique expressed with a ground wall about the crack pattern constituted by the case where a crack interval is long, and the case where it was short. As a result, the ground wall was able to generate the crack line with construction of the ground and use of a rope. Moreover, the mix proportion of the ground which becomes when a crack interval is long, and when short were found out, and the surface of a wall which is a crack pattern has been realized experimentally.

The solvent fluorine resin paintings are widely used for the surface finish of the aluminum alloy building materials for the long-term durability. In Japan, the powder coatings which doesn't contain the solvent are remarkable, because of the VOC exhaust problem. In the last presentation,we gave an account of the evaluated results about the cured powder coating's film on the aluminum alloy. We experimentally made the powder coating by adding oriented thermosetting fluorine resin with high weather resistance to polyester resin. In this study, we are aiming at practical application of the powder coating, we present next two matters. ①The outdoor weathering test results for four years in Okinawa.②Change of the gloss value on the cured coating surface with resin components.

In line with increasing environmental awareness, application of powder coating on building materials are being promoted in Japan. Thus far, polyester powder coating is normally used but lately, development of powder coating that utilizes fluoropolymer is being pursued. Outside Japan, there are already many examples of application of fluoropolymer powder coating. In view of this, we examined the applicability of fluoropolymer powder coating on building’s curtain wall in Japan. We found out that fluoropolymer powder coating have the same durability comparing to previously used solvent type thermoplastic fluororesin paint. We also verified that fluoropolymer powder coating is also compatible with all types of aluminum surface condition. In this report, we will examine the application of fluoropolymer powder coating on building’s curtain wall based on these test results.

On-site coating is applied on galvanized steel in order to improve the look and prevnet the surface corrosion, in the Japanese construction industry field. However, the coating film peeling is found here and there with time passage from the constrution in the present paint and coating tecnology. In this paper, coating method that uses modified epoxy resin type primer for undercoat is evaluated and analysed. The peeling mechanism is discussed based on above results. And then, coating method which uses different type of surface preparation and misture-hardenig type polyurethane primer is discussed.

Asbestos fibers can be released from asbestos containing cement sheets due to deterioration. The asbestos abatement technology by coating systems for deteriorated asbestos containing cement sheets has been developed. In this study, deteriorated corrugated slate sheets coating was against the outer wall surface and roof of the warehouse of steel frame of 23 years built in the city of Koga, Ibaraki Prefecture and Evaluated after 1.5 years of outdoor exposure. In addition, cool-heat cycling tests was done to evaluate the durability of coatings which were done on deteriorated corrugated slate sheets. Finally, we evaluate the correlation to compare the results of cool-heat cycling tests and outdoor exposure.

In recent years, The number of households keeping pets(such as dog and cat) indoors has increased. The companion animal was struck by the occurrence of the East Japan great earthquake in March, 2011 with their family. In this situation, there are some problems in moves in the temporary housing with companion animals. Those problems are owner can no longer keep pet, nuisance to the neighbors. Therefore we researched of literature on the architectural technology in normal times of the living environment of symbiosis between humans and pets and field study of the temporary housing of Fukushima by the East Japan great earthquake disaster. Based on the above result, This study estimated construction costs of the temporary house to live in with companion animal, given by the population, the number of the households and pets, at the time of the event of an inland or near-field earthquake hitting the metropolitan area.

The Fukushima nuclear accident contaminated a large area, and radioactive contaminated particles adhered on the external wall surface by dirt deposition and rainfall. In order to remove these contaminated particles from the surface, a prediction method for the contaminant area and the amount of adhesive particle on the surface should be needed. In this study, a framework on the prediction of adhesion for particle contaminated with radioactive material on an external wall surface by rainfall was proposed.
