On the hydrogen Peroxide/Plasma Discharging Sterilization at low temperature, it is the very interested and important matter to elucidate the relationship between the diffusion behavior of active spiecies (・OH, ^1O_2 etc.) into the very narrow space of the medical device and the sterilizing effect against the microorganism. On this study, Using the capillary tubes made of glass or stainless steel having various length and diameter (diameter: 0.10〜1.20 mm, length: 10〜100cm) which were connected with the glass tubes set into indicators, such as chemical and biological indicators, it was observed that ・OH diffused more hardly than ^1O_2 into the narrow space, and that the sterilisizing effect was more depended on ・OH than the other active spiedies.
