For medical and health care and treatment at 21 century, we admire high technology with low risk. We invented such a new fuzzy set chaos algorithm(FSCA)to regulate tissue histology. For the first place, we developed fibrosis in alcohol drinking rat by weekly alternative feeding with regular(CE2)or autoclaved diet(atCE2). For the next step, we could induce fibrosis by alternative feeding with atCE2 and supplemented with CaCl2, VB_1, VC, Proline(Pro), Glycine(Gly), Cysteine(Cys). Further application step for human diseases, we chose malignant tumor cells that metastasized frequently, and lead them death. We created advanced gene expression programming for induction of fibrosis around metastasized cancer cells. From Wednesday to Sunday, VC, Calcium lactate, VB_1, VB_2, VB_6, VB_<12> and steamed dried small fishes(SF)to envelope metastasized cancer cells. VC was used for ON command for collagen genes expression. SF enriched enritched with collagens made the circumstance of collagen mRNA translation more easily. Calcium was used for activation of elastin to bundle collagen fibers. The effects of envelopment of metastasized cancer cells were judged by CT-scan and patient viability. After 24 cycles of iteration of fuzzy chaos ON/OFF cycles, more 85% of patients are living without reccur of cancer.

Epidemiological study has been performed on the relation between three cancers and five genes under the influence of tobacco smoking. The three cancers are stomach cancer, colorectal cancer and urothelial cancer, while five genes are glutathione S-transferase M1, T1, P1 and N-acetyltransferase 1 and 2. We clarify the genetic polymorphisms increase the susceptibility to the cancers, especially by smoking tobacco.

An eyeground image is the only one that can see directly the arteries and veins from the outside of the body.Therefor, the eyeground image are used medical check that would make the burden too heavy for doctor. For building the automatic diagnosis support system we need to extract the outline of the blood vessel and measure the caliber of the blood vessel. However the eyeground image difficult to extract the outline with the general way for almost tinged of red. So we suggest to apply fuzzy c-means method. At the result, we can extract the outline of the blood vessel. The caliber and curve of the blood vessel can be measured and this image processing makes possible diagnosis support by eyeground photograph.

In this paper, we propose a distance-tipe fuzzy reasoning method considering truth value of proposition. This fuzzy reasoning method has the following advantages : (1)it holds good properties of the method in original distance-type fuzzy reasoning method ; (2)not only the content of proposition but also truth value of the propositions is considered ; and(3)it does not need to calculate the truth qualification and the converse of truth qualifications in the traditional truth space approach.

This paper deals with nonlinear scaling factors of the fuzzy controller. As the fuzzy control is generally called the rule-based control, the fuzzy rules for a robust control must be well constructed to enough control the object. Then there exist some problems such as a selection of the object variables and their fuzzy labeling. Therefore, in this paper, by employing the nonlinear scaling factors, the fuzzy rules are realized by the minimum numbers of fuzzy labels. Furthermore, their scaling factors are tuned to be best control rules. Finally, the usefulness of this method is discussed from the control simulations.

In this paper, to what degree the driving operation of the vehicle such as an electromotive wheelchair can be automated by using an artificial neural network was investigated by computer simulation on three kinds of travel courses in a little complicated environment. The three layer BP network was made to learn the relation between the steering angle of a driver and the surrounding scenes, and its autonomous driving performance in reference to the travel course was examined. As a result, BP network could learn the driving operation on a relatively simple travel course, but not fully on more complicated travel courses.
