This study was intended that I clarified the occupational stress of the new college graduate nurses who worked in a hospital and the connection with the workplace choice factor. I performed the inventory survey by the mailing method targeting at 380 new college graduate nurses who worked in 33 hospitals (180-680 beds) in Japan and, for age, term, investigated a bed capacity of the duty Hospital, occupational stress, a workplace choice factor. I performed a collection (28.8% of recoveries) of the answer of 110 people and did ten people more than 30s of those and 96 20s women (87.3% of effective answer rates) except four that there was an omission of answer with an analysis object. The high stress group was 15 (15.6%) of 96 people. It was in-hospital education system that a ratio of number of people of "the serious consideration group" was the highest in workplace choice factor 15 items and was order in spare time next on welfare program, a holiday. In the spare time, each item of the hospital idea, "serious consideration group" was higher in a ratio of number of people of the high stress group than "non-serious consideration group" on a holiday. The stress management grasped the situation of the workplace choice factor of the new college graduate nurse, and the need to take a stress management of the nurses new college graduate who focused on a hospital idea in spare time on a holiday, and found a job for was suggested among other things.

Lower back-pain is a common symptom affecting many people without regards to gender, and it is particularly the case among nurses. In this research, we developed a smart device that nurses can wear inside their chest pocket during daily work. This device measures the forward tilting and twisting angles and can alert in real time when dangerous postures are adopted with the purpose of reducing the lower back burden during nursing and care operations. To demonstrate the effectiveness of the developed device, we compared the movement postures of 4 nurses and 4 nursing students with and without sound alarms during bed-to-wheelchair transfers. From the measurements, it results that the sound alarms help to decrease dangerous forward tilting and twisting motions(p<0.05).

There is a lot of previous research on profit maximization in agriculture. In previous research on cultivation management, the expected profit is maximized under the condition that probabilities are unknown. There is no income until the harvest season in agriculture. In reality, there is a limit to the budget that can be spent on cultivation management. However, cost constraint has not been considered in the previous research. In this research, a new cost constrained cultivation management method is proposed. Cost constrained cultivation management is modeled by Markov decision processes with unknown probabilities. The proposed method maximizes the expected profit with respect to a Bayes criterion by dynamic programming. The effectiveness of the proposed method is shown by some numerical calculation examples. The expected profits according to the cost constraints are confirmed. The proposed method is effective for areas without historical data and areas affected by global warming. This research is a basic research, and future extended research is required.

Sugoroku is a traditional game. There are various types of extended games of sugoroku, including extended games with deterministic events and rewards, and extended games with action selection and probabilistic rewards. Sugoroku and its extended games are used in various educational fields. In order to create effective games based on educational objectives, studies based on mathematical engineering such as the expected number of dice rolls from the start to the goal and the maximum expected total rewards in extended games with action selection are necessary. But there are only a few studies based on mathematical engineering, especially on expected total rewards. In this study, computation methods for the expected total rewards in some extended games are studied. The effectiveness of the proposed methods is shown by some computation examples. In previous research, the validity of the reward setting cannot be confirmed until after the game is played. However, it can be confirmed in advance with the proposed method. This research is a basic research, and future extended research is required.

There is a high possibility that it will be difficult to make a precise judgment of programming skills only by static analysis of the created source programs. In the process of coding a source program, it is thought that characteristic operations such as the timing of keystrokes and differences in notation and expressions depending on the programming style can be seen. In this paper, we experimented to verify whether it is possible to make a precise judgment of programming skills by analyzing the values extracted from the recorded data of coding sequences. The experimental results showed that (1) the total time of inactivity of 30 seconds or longer extracted from the coding sequences and (2) the average number of characters used in variable and function names were weakly correlated with programming skill. This suggests that analysis based on values extracted from coding sequences can be used to determine programming skills in a precise manner.

The purpose of this study was to identify self-management behaviors and work-family conflict (WFC) among working hemodialysis patients, and to obtain suggestions for supporting them to balance dialysis and self-management, as well as work and family life. A self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted among 135 working patients receiving outpatient hemodialysis treatment. There were following findings in this study. The level of self-management behavior was significantly higher in women, those with a short history of dialysis, those who kept medical test data, those with good serum potassium levels, and those with social support. WFC was significantly higher in those who started dialysis after 4 p.m., those with a poor living arrangement, those with long working hours, those with a heavy workload, and those without social support. In the relationship between self-management behavior and WFC, WFC was significantly higher in “poor” self-management behavior group. These results suggest that it is necessary to support working hemodialysis patients to help them manage themselves based on their gender, dialysis history and medical test data. In order to reduce WFC, individualized support should be considered based on their social background, such as dialysis start time, living arrangements and working situation. In this way it is important to identify social support for patients and to link this to patient and family support in collaboration with workplaces and healthcare organizations.

Uemura (1991) discovered the mapping formula for Type 1 Vague events and presented an alternative problem as an example of its application. Since it is well known that the alternative problem leads to sequential Bayesian inference, the flow of subsequent research was to make the mapping formula multidimensional, to introduce the concept of time, and to derive a Markov (decision) process. Furthermore, we formulated stochastic differential equations to derive them. (Hori et.al (2019)) This paper refers to type 2 vague events based on a second-order mapping equation. This quadratic mapping formula gives a certain rotation by transforming a non-mapping function by a relation between two mapping functions. In addition, the derivation of the Type 2 Vague Markov process and the possibility factor analysis for the rotation are mentioned, based on the possibility theory.
