This paper discusses feature extraction by Symbolized particles store type neuron model including reaction mechanism which has a simplified analogy of the function that real neurons and synapses do by chemical particles. The new type of neuron model is proposed including its simulated synaptic function where the symbolized particles are generated, stored and transmitted toward the next layer. The simulated system of the model has a reaction mechanism in simulated synaptic region would be shown some strategy. The feature extraction of the information technology engineers examination is performed using this model.

We generally express out the internal intelligence, thinking or emotion in our brain by the corresponding action or language. This study aims to realize the simulation model of the "internal state" of the brain on the computer, where the state dynamically varies depending on the environmental condition or the several kinds of excitations from outside. The "internal state" is expressed by the Decision Matrix whose internal elements are constructed by the parameters based on the short sentences reflecting the excitations or activities from outside. This paper, at first, describes the system to collect and cluster the knowledge chips (keywords), and next, describes how to develop the system using Web and XML technology, which dynamically generates the higher level knowledge, clustering the knowledge chips.

This Paper describes an application of WEB DIARY SYSTEM to build the CAI system whose basic function is to gather the knowledge chips (keywords) and to cluster them to a some higher class knowledge, such as a paragraph of sentences or a some problem. The developed system, especially this time, is aimed to support the self learning of students who applies to the qualifying examination for SYSTEM ADDMINISTRATOR on anytime and at anywhere. It is concluded that, generalizing the learning subject to several fields such as related to medicine, the methodology and the technology using XML introduced here will be very important to build the new stile CAI system using Web, including dynamical acquisition of the learning state for the students or each of the students.

This Paper describes a concept for WEB Crawler to support the research work. The developed system using WEB and XML technology, based on the concept, have the functions to collect dynamically the knowledge chips (keywords) extracted from the several kinds of files on the Web and to distribute the higher order knowledge chips classifying and clustering them to the Web. Furthermore, the system includes a kind of internal state (analogy of human brain) constructed by a set of the keywords dynamically changing in time. Monitoring the internal state, the new ideas and actions are suggested for approaching to the research target. How to activate the work by the state and the usefulness of the system are explained with the practical examples.

This paper describes a technique for recovering three-dimensional wide range human motions by uncallibrated mobile video cameras. Modeling 3-D human motions is requested in various fields such as virtual reality, sport analysis and medicine. Three video cameras mounted on a mobile frame take subject's video images from respective directions. Feature points on the subject are tracked in the video images and their image coordinates are registered in a measurement matrix. Since the frame motion generally contains rotation, the obtained measurement matrix is not a full matrix. The matrix is transformed into a full matrix by considering the subject's relative motion with respect to the mobile frame. The matrix is then factorized and the 3-D locations of the feature points recover. Using the proposed technique, several human wide range motions recovered three-dimensionally in the performed experiments.

In recent year, various imaging techniques have been introduced into medical fields as useful tools for providing helpful information for visual inspections. For example, magnetic resonance imaging and computed tomography, etc., are those already established imaging techniques. Accordingly many related image processing techniques have been developed and reported in medical imaging fields. In the field of X-ray CT images, to segment of liver region several approaches are reported in the past. Many of them are needs knowledge-based schemes based on fuzzy logic or 3-D structural such as a blood vessel. It is therefore, for numerical representation automatic extraction of the liver region and classification of shadow candidate is required. In this paper, we propose a technique for automatic extraction of liver areas and its classification of shadow by computer employing a set of abdominal CT images. In the first stage, we extract a region of liver area from the given 2-D CT images. In the next stage, abnormal area is extracted employing subtraction technique. The technique was applied to three abdominal CT image sets and satisfactory results were obtained.

In this article, we describe a Web browsing method with an automatic color correction (palette changing) for personal user's visibility. Especially we describe a paired comparison test and SOM (Self-Organizing Map) analysis for achromatic character and chromatic background colors, and we propose a color set prediction method with SOM for personal visibility on Web browsing. We are implementing and evaluating a web application system for this method as CGI (Common Gateway Interface) software on a HTTP server of the Internet. Since a user profiling is required beforehand for every user, we have to consider about this problem with SOM. The proposed method is available for this problem.

Recently, we have a lot of Medical Accidents. Many of them are caused by the lack of care in nursing. We therefore have tried to construct the Nursing Accident Warning System, which reduces accidents by checking prejudiced impressions and shortage of attention. As the first step, we made a consideration to arrange the nursing accident tools of analysis for that contents and forms which can be implemented on Computer Systems.

Hasegawa's Dementia Scale Revised version (HDS-R) is frequently and preferentially used for the dementia screening in our country. However, we should use other Performance IQ Index to eliminate early phase dementia. Author proposed CDT (clock drawing test) as for one of the best procedure to clarify dementia from mental diseases such as depression, schizophrenia, and Down syndrome.

We discuss the physical aspects of the cancer treatment by the particle radiation therapy. First we discuss of the theoretical derivation of the flight length of charged particles such as heavy ion or pi-mesons. Secondly we estimate the effects of the strong interactions, taking the example of the meson mass. As a result, we conclude that the collision of Reighley scatterings of the charged particle with the electrons in the targets are important to determine the flight length, the relativistic effect should be included, and the effects of the strong interactions are also important in the absorption of the pion, which causes so-called star-formation.

Senile patient are increasing as a consequence of advancing elderly society. The accidents of senile patients fall down ratios are higher than young patients, and the damages are also more severe in old ages. Currently the strength training preferred with no regret, however, we investigated the difference of standing position balance between young and old ages. As a result, we have to carry on visual balance training after measured the active position balancing. That may decrease the accidents of elderly patients fall dawn.

We have shown an algorithm to calculate properties of matter or bio high polymer based on the Atomic Schwinger-Dyson (ASD) method, which we proposed as a relativistic field theory. In the ASD method, coupled equations of electrons and photons are described in a non-perturbative way. We show that the higher order correlations beyond the Hartree-Foch are included in the theory. The most important point of ASD method is that the theory can determine the Coulomb potential as a condensed field. The propagator of the photon is calculated with the projection and inversed matrices. Furthermore we discussed the merit of ASD method compared with the traditional methods such as mean field approximation, Hartree-Foch method.
