    In recent years , a lot of ski grounds have been developed . But suitable places for ski ground development are very rare, because these places ware almost development. So many land developers tend to repair ski ground depending on only one factor, angle of inclination. Some ski grounds, developed by this way, have popularity that ski courses and slopes aren't interesting. The aims of this article are three, 1:Sampling factors that make the visual image and the image by the exercise in ski ground. 2:Grasping the visual image and the image by the exercise in ski Ground. 3:Grasping skiers' assessments of the exercise in ski ground. This article will be able to make clear noteworthy ways of design of interesting ski courses and slopes for skiers.

    The purpose of this paper are to clarify the characteristics of regional problems and tourism development of the prefectural boundary regions. The regional problems of the prefectural boundary regions are the results of geographically disadvantages and economically vulnerable situation. The cooperations among contiguous local authorities across prefectural boundaries based on a regional ecomomic, natural and cultural relations. This study investigates the case of 48 local governments bounded by prefectural administrations.
