In this paper, it is first made clear that the author's dialectic axiom-theorem and the dialectic monism of material-spirit results in being systematized by developing in succession of Osawa's dialectics of practice and Chishima's dialectics of life, and then it is also shown that it has a possibility of making an important role as a leading principle to develop newly various scientific theories. Second, from a viewpoint of Chishima's Philoso-Science, the right and wrong for previous universe models are critically considered and the dynamic expansion-contraction universe model which is a main stream of modem cosmology is found to satisfy the author's dialectic axiom. This model however has a big contradiction that there has been observed only the half of total amount of matter which is required to make our universe in motion from expansion to contraction. Then, the unknown dark matter is tried to be researched life-scientifically based on the author's dialectic monism of material-spirit and the mind-body scientific mechanism of bearing a high level consciousness made clear by solving two conflicting opinions of near-death experience. Consequently, it is originally found that the dark matter in the material world corresponds in a thermodynamic sense to the decrease in weight of human and rat during dying process, and converts its phase in an endothermic manner from the material to the spiritual world of which energy field is higher than that of the material world. Based on the above, an image of twin universe composed of material and spirit is proposed by criticizing Peti's twin universe model composed of material and anti-material.

To investigate the effect of the AST Chiro treatment on visual acuity, 50 subjects were carried out by the AST Chiro method and visual improvement was evaluated. Marked visual improvement was observed in over 80% of these subjects treated and the precise proceedings were reported here. Subjects for younger than 20 years old were progressively treated than those of other age groups. Although in some cases, there observed no distinct effect, a great number of subjects were achieved of their visual improvement markedly. These results suggest that the AST Chiro method would be one of the effective therapeutic means to improve the visual acuity.

The purpose of this study was to measure the rate of perspiration due to light physical exercises, and to measure its effect on skin electrical conductivities related to meridian autonomous nervous excitation. The adopted exercise were 10 to 15 minute bicycling and two kinds of 10 minute qigong exercises. The experiment was carried out both in winter and summer under fixed temperature values. Our findings were as follows: 1. With the room temperature 18.9 ± 2.0℃ in winter, each of a 10 minute bicycling and qigong exercises caused a low rate of perspiration. It had, however, no effect on the skin electrical conductivities. 2. With the room temperature 25℃ in summer, the rate of perspiration due to bicycling was 0.7〜0.8mg/cm^2/min, and was about two times as high as that in winter. Its effect on the electrical conductivities was again negligible. 3. With the room temperature 28℃ in summer, the rate of perspiration due to bicycling was 1.3〜1.8mg/cm^2/min, and had an apparent effect on the conductivities. 4. The change of the conductivities caused by a high rate of perspiration was similar to that of the case in which the hands and feet of the subject were moistened with a 1% solution of salt. 5. The probable reason why the lower rates of perspiration did not change the measured values of the conductivities was that the electrode which contacts the skin points was always sufficiently moistened and that the moisture of the electrode masked the effect of the skin moisture due to perspiration.

In order to investigate the effects of the KAPPOH (resuscitation) methods practiced in Japanese Budo (martial art), the author observed the physiological responses of volunteers during the application of the resuscitation techniques. For this study the author selected seven types of KAPPOH (SASOIKATSU, SEKATSU, ERIKATSU, HARAKATSU, URAKATSU, SOHKATSU and NOHKATSU), and recorded the respiration curves, electrocardiograms, pulse waves, galvanic skin reflexes, microvibrations and electroencephalograms of the subjects during the performance of each of these resuscitation techniques. The results obtained were as follows: 1) Many of the pressure points utilized in KAPPOH techniques are the same as those used in striking attacks (ATEMI). 2) In conscious subjects the application of SASOIKATSU and HARAKATSU were associated with remarkable changes of respiratory and circulatory function, and of sensory-nervous reaction. No noteworthy physiological changes were observed following the application of SEKATSU, ERIKATSU, URAKATSU, SOHKATSU and NOHKATSU. 3) Unconscious subjects were revived instantly by application of SASOIKATSU, after having been rendered unconscious with 9 to 11 seconds of application and choking techniques (KATAJUJIJIME). It may be concluded that KAPPOH techniques quickly restored the subjects to normal consciousness through the resuscitation of brain function and forced respiration.

Five vowel sounds of "Tenshingoso" (a, e, i, o, u) in Shintaido, a martial art, were sound analyzed and. compared with that of usual vowel. There were difference in PCL capstrum which is the envelope of power spectra. The fundamental frequency of Shintaido (Aoki) was 1.8 to 3.3 times large as that of usual case. This is not like high voice in yodel or opera singing. It seems most probable that the training of Shintaido resulted in physically and mentally relaxed states to generate higher sound with concentrated energy. Also tension at pharynx muscle may be different. Altogether extraordinary good feedback control and balancing of mind and body seems to be realized in Aoki's Shintaido. Five vowel sounds at imitating the movement of Shintaido's Tenshingoso by a sportsman showed similar fundamental frequency with persons in general, but its capstrum became somewhat closer to that of Shintaido. AST Chiro Qi-Gong (AST Qi-Gong) has been shown in several reports to have a potential effect on chronic diseases, especially so-called "incurable diseases". We report here the effect of this treatment on two lung tumors. In these cases, the defected part observed on CT scan disappeared under the treatment of 4 and 10 months, respectively and no recurrent lesions have been recognized afterwards. The statistical analysis showed that there is a significant correlation between tumor size and treatment period in the cases of lung tumor. It is necessary to clarify furthermore the effectivenss of this treatment on the rate of healing, i. e., the time required for cure.

It is too fast to proceed the modern technologies to think about significantly whether or not its real good effect to human life. It is because of high competitions among the commercial economical races that make several companies and its engineers in urgent. Here, many critics have been made regarding Japanese enterprise and its engineer and Japanese educational system. And also, the products of modern technologies have explained to have both faces: what is good and what is evil by measuring outer-Qi during using portable telephone and researching human cancer's increasing ratio vs years. The importance of self responsibility to choose up new technology have been mentioned since new engineering may have not only improving points but also evil points. And finally, our Society for Mind-Body Science shall be able to have an important role for coming 21 century because it includes several wide professional academists for watching by multiple eyes on new technologies.
