On the other hand, the stockholder and the consumer who were a party intersted came to insist on an opinion for a company from each situation. It is thought that the Corporate Reputation is an extremely important management index that controls the management in the future. New value is created by bringing the concept “Reputation” in to the SCM field and the competitive advantage becomes possible. In addition, three economical effects like an effect of the business power improvement, an effect of the environmental burden reduction, and a financial effect, can be expected of the reputation construction by the approach on needed RSCM.

It is expected that SCM will take on the basic role of re-structuring the business processes within and in-between corporations, cut-down unnecessary management resources, and reduce lead-time. On the other hand, the real nature of SCM is taking an indigenous form according to the changes in the management environment and the individual corporate strategies. It is believed that in order to ensure on-going competitive superiority, corporations are building indigenous strategic business systems, and to realize this, SCM are also taking an indigenous form. This research makes an attempt to analyze the corporation's strategic purpose, and the relationship between the business system and the SCM's form, based on a literary research and a case study. Making an investment in information system in the area of physical distribution has such purposes as increasing work efficiency, improving customer services, and, furthermore, maintaining the superiority over competitors. In the early days of computerization of physical distribution when, for example, simple tasks were mechanized, it was possible to quantify the cost-effectiveness, whereas today evaluation of the effectiveness resulting from informatization is becoming more difficult because business management and information system have become so closely related that they are virtually inseparable. This paper analyzes issues in evaluating investment in physical distribution information system and as a solution introduces “mutual consent model among the concerned parties, ” proposing application of an information technology portfolio and the performance reference model as a tool of management system of consensus building.

In the old authorized storage-fee, inventory measurement as the basic factor to calculate the storage-fee was 10 day unit for ordinary temperature storage and 15 day unit for cold storage. However, this does not fit to the requirement of recent clients who make efforts to improve the inventory turn over.
In addition to this, the client's request by the ratio of passing cargo is increasing. In this case, it is very important in the logistic business to review how we should reflect the storage period as the factor of time on the logistic cost and I study here a new contract way to calculate the storage-fee based on this thought. The fundamental theory is made by linking passing inventory volume and storage cost to the number of day actually stored in the fixed period.
