A Japanese word processor, "OASYS 100" produced by Fujitsu Co., Ltd., was applied to improve the library procedure in a small scale in-house library. Bibliographic Kanji (Chinese-character) data were input to OASYS 100 and three kinds of different lists, cards for book catalogue, newly arrived books' list and book cards for rent, were printed by using these data recorded in OASYS 100. Time and errors in making these lists were effectively reduced by this procedure.
