In this research, based on the result of visualization experiment, modeling was planned for three-dimensional injection molding CAE analysis, and the validity of the planned modeling was confirmed and evaluated. The velocity distribution and the shear rate distribution that had been obtained from the visualization experiments were used for the confirmation and the evaluation of the validity of the numerical analysis model. Authors proposed the application of the following modeling from the phenomenon obtained from the visualization experiments.
    (a) Boundary Condition: Non-Slip boundary condition on mold wall, moving boundary condition between liquid and solid element.
    (b) Numerical analysis model: For pressure and velocity, Darcy's law for flow was assumed. The concept of the flow conductance was applied, together with the reduction of the calculation degree of freedom.
As for three-dimensional injection molding CAE analysis with modeling which the authors proposed in this report, high reproducibility was shown for result of the visualization experiments and hypothesis of zero area at the velocity progress mechanism. Therefore, it could be said that the modeling that authors proposed was appropriate as modeling that expresses the behavior of the resin filling process in the molding.
