This study looked into present state and characteristics of the social network including children of separated parents, siblings, neighbors, friends, etc, focusing on the type of residence of children of separated parents based on the result of the study of their separated condition. The results of the study are as follows.
1) The majority of children of separated parents freely interacted more than once a week and it was shown that the children who lived the nearest to their parents had most frequent interaction, therefore the type of residence and condition interaction were closely related.
2) In the case of siblings, it was shown that extraordinary interactions comprised the majority of the overall interaction, but there was also much emotional support given and received as shown by their maintaining important supportive relationships with each other.
3) In the case of neighbors, they maintained neighborly relationships of mutual support and it was shown that as the parent?child relationship became more distant, they received more support from their neighbors. There were many occasions that friends were made by social human relationships, but there were also many instances in which friends were formed by neighborly relationship which were formed near the center of residencp.
