Radula fujitae, from Okinawa Island, southern Japan, is described as a new species. It is characterized by (1) green, iridescent plants when wet, (2) amentulose branches appressed to leaves, (3) stems consisting of small, thick-walled cells, (4) leaf lobes widely ovate-falcate, flat, (5) small cells at margin of leaf lobes, (6) leaf-lobules flat, rectangular-oblong, at base slightly covering the stem, and (7) surface of cells of leaf smooth. It is illustrated and described. Photographs of its habit are given.
