Presentation creation support system was developed. Presentations are managed as a slide unit using URI. Diverse information is attached to each slide as RDF metadata to improve search efficiency. Especially, associating similar slides based on the slide image and the text in the slide is effective to retrieve enough candidate slides for reuse. Case study illustrates that the time required for creating a presentation is reduced by around 20% using the system and the created presentation includes the more various slides which are included in different existing presentation files.

We To solve several types of project management problems, efficient project management is being demanded. Success or failure of the project hangs to the skill of project manager. However in general, it is not easy to make an excellent manager trained quickly. If the knowledge is considered to be a kind of judgment for the effective action, first of all the registration of manager's action and experience is needed. Group of low-level information and data is called knowledge in this paper. It is necessary to register the knowledge easily. But it is difficult to find the timing to register the knowledge. It is difficult to find the time that information should be registered on. This paper describes the method of finding the best timing to have to register the knowledge. I tried to take into the change in progress of the project in order to get the knowledge in addition to the EVM method. EVM (Earned Value Management) is one of the methods for scientific managing the progress of the project. On the other hand, the time that progress changes seem the best timing of registration. As the result, it has been understood that there is a possibility that the knowledge can be registered automatically. It will be necessary to achieve the function to register the knowledge at the just timing in the future.

This paper presents a method to evaluate a person's skill level for metal filing. We used wearable accelerometer/gyroscope sensors and collected data from 4 expert coaches and 10 learners. The data are analyzed from the viewpoint of the mechanical structure of their bodies during metal filing. Our analysis yielded two effective measures for skill assessment: "Class 2 Lever-like Movement Measure" and "Upper Body Rigidity Measure". The weighted total measure succeeded in distinguishing the coach group and the learner group as individual skill level groups at a 95% confidence level. The highest-level learner, the lowest-level learner, and the group of other learners were also able to be distinguished as individual skill level groups at a 95% confidence level; this is the same result as an expert coach's subjective score.

Generally a person's vocational skills have been evaluated through his or her resume (curriculumvitae) and vocational history, which were suitable for people who graduated from famous universities and joined to famous companies. Then the resumes are not always reasonable document to prove the vocational skills. Vocational skills of veteran professionals are not related to the ranks or positions of universities or companies but their vocational episodes which will be helpful for young engineers to acquire the vocational skills. Thus, episode oriented document management has been tried and considered to find out the veteran engineer with high skills, to describe his or her skills for business application, and to transfer them to young generations.
