The location is important for the real estate management business, but it is difficult to be quantified. As a case study of the Kanda station, the correlation analysis of office rent was examined with building and location measures. The location measures include visibility and integration value by space syntax theory other than the distance from station as candidate factor variables. These measures represent visible area and street network integration. The result showed positive correlation between office rent and visibility, integration value can be seen.

When a company goes bankruptcy, the effect can make another company go bankruptcy. This is called chain bankruptcy. In this research, we analyzed effect of asset price and inter-bank lending and borrowing network on chain bankruptcy using agent simulation. We have two results:(1) as the rate of change in asset price is higher, the final number of bankruptcy is higher;(2)as the density of links is higher, the final number of bankruptcy is lower. These results suggest that factor causing bankruptcy is both asset price fluctuation and inter-bank lending and borrowing network.

In recent years, the crowdfunding market is expanding in Japan. Not only the purpose of financing, the number of projects aimed at the use of as test marketing and promotional activities has been increasing. In this study, we propose a hypothesis that voluntary participation behavior improves brand loyalty of a company. In the crowdfunding market, consumers invest in a favorite project and they spread the project through SNS subsequently. We design a model of the crowdfunding market using an agent-based approach and intend to clarify roles of the consumer behavior in forming the brand community through crowdfunding. In this paper, as a design stage, we describe the modeling concept of the crowdfunding market.
