Shared folders are used as the simplest method for the organizational knowledge succession. So, many documents which are generated by organizational activities are accumulated in shared folders. However, shared folders have a big problem of originating in use for a long term. That is, folder structure become chaotic and using of the stored documents becomes troublesome. So, organizational knowledge which were stored by using shared folder becomes impossible to use enough. To solve such problem, I propose a new shared folder interface which offers the beginning of file discovery. The interface can be visualizing the flow of organizational activities by using extracted timestamps from files in the shared folder, and it is described in this paper.
In making a sketch, the proportional perspective model is used to replicate the shape of motif precisely. While skilled persons use the proportional perspective model efficiently by setting a base point of motif smartly, beginners have difficulty in mastering the skills, because they are transferred in a verbal way. In this study, we report construction of proportional perspective model learning support system. We also analyzed how skilled persons use the proportional perspective model efficiently by measuring duration time and moving path when gazing a motif. Moreover, a proportional perspective model learning support system was constructed based on the results of analysis, which presents gaze points to beginners when they use the proportional perspective model.
Facility managers are required to perform an evacuation drill by Japanese low. However, it is difficult to perform the evacuation drill by many people. It is important to transmit the knowledge extracted from the evacuation drill definitely. In this paper we propose a transmission method of a knowledge for evacuation drill using pedestrian tracking and simulation. In the real experiment of the large-scale evacuation drill, the evacuated pedestrian flow was measured by this pedestrian tracking and evacuation time was analyzed by this simulation.
