Gesuture or dance are somehow different from sports in that the essence of those bodily movements is not obvious compared with that of sports, where the end results are judged from records. What characterizes those skills, then? When the end of movements is not obvious, we are ended up with observing how they are done. In thinking that way, we are led to the distinction between products and actions, as observed by Aristotle. One is required to do things right when he masters a particular skill. In this view, the research is carried out by identifying the minimum elements comprising the skill. The rightness is strongly influenced by the social custom, thus, the sort of skills is more social than the other sort of skills for which the end products are judged ob jectively.

Since 1960s, ARAKAWA Shusaku (1936-2010), one of the most outstanding and Avant-Garde contemporary artists and natural philosophers in the 20th Century, and Madeline GINS (1941-) have been working on the most complex cognitive issue, the artificial creation of human consciousness through the clarification of mechanism of meanings. They created architectural pieces and made exhibitions such as "The Mechanism of Meaning" (1963-1971, 1978), "Constructing the Perceiver - ARAKAWA: Experimental Works" (1991), "Ryoanji Temple in Nagi" (1994~), "The Park of Reversible Destiny - YORO" (1995~), "Reversible Destiny - We Have Decided Not to Die" (1997), "The Reversible Destiny Loft - Mitaka"(2005~), "Bioscleave House"(2008~). These are experiments to artificially generate human consciousness through interactions between human body with displaced gravity-center and surrounding colorful and non-flat architectural environments. The author visited the last and, in his evaluation, the master-piece, the Bioscleave House, in April-May 2012 by the courtesy of the Reversible Destiny Foundation, and is going to report his experiences in consciousness modification, i.e. the generation of memories to feel "good-old", and the acquisition of procedural memories to see and appreciate lights.

In this paper, we investigate how the body shrink influences controllability of skillful movements in playing ball games as well as in playing the string instruments. Body shrink may be brought either by getting sudden muscle weakness or by overstraining. A typical defect caused by the body shrink is losing body control caused by loosening power delivery path like uncontrollable kites with sudden wind lost. This power delivery loosening in turn is brought by the body shrink. We give an explanation of this defect in terms of the whip dynamics in biomechanics. We point out the difficulty of discerning this uncontrollability because of the subtle feeling of the phenomena. An interactive interview is conducted to extract hidden points of interests among authors consisting of an amateur and professional cello players and two discussion mediators (facilitators). We found several related issues such as the importance of the bow holding by pinching and the relationship between taking the action-reaction law into account and avoiding the loosening of the power delivery path. These new points give hints how to avoid the problem discussed in this paper.
