This paper proposed the lecture support system for realizing effective learning for students. For effective learning, students have to prepare and review their class. Teacher gives the class based on students' understanding. For supporting this learning environment, developed system can manage the materials of class on the web. Students can attach their questions to the materials as metadata in this system. Developed system was applied to "System Control Theory" class in the University of Tokyo. Results show the academic achievement of students who prepared this class was improved. In addition, teacher could update the materials of this class effectively by using the information of students' questions.

We developed the electronic medical recoding system for education which invalidated personal information. The patient safety education using this system is trying to the medical school students. As for this education, it is the purpose that a student acquires the practical knowledge of patient safety. This education was started from April 2011. Rudimentary healthcare practical knowledge is acquired from the case study of actual medical records. The students submit the analysis debrief report of incident case records to faculty advisers who consist of researchers with medical education, patient safety, and healthcare informatics. The students hold the clinical conference based on incident medical record in collaboration with faculty advisers after report submission. The student understood that medical treatment was realized in the collaboration of many occupational descriptions, as a result of experiencing report generation and a clinical conference.

The purpose of this study is to explore architecture of performance support system for speed skating by visualizing player's physical action. We focus on the skating locus, velocity, acceleration, lumbar part rolling angle. Our system generates graphs of these data in time series variation. Therefore, we hope a player can get visual and quantitative feedback from these graphs, and can make positive self-reflection to assess his current skating. In this paper, the detail feedbacks to skaters about their velocity changes in the curve part with characteristics are explained.
