    The purpose of this study was to examine the financial affairs of the 12. Turnfest of German Turn Federation in Leipzig 1913, which was the epoch-makingFest in the history of German Turnfest, from a viewpoint of autonomous nature of German Turnverein. In this treatise was inquired out the epoch-making new issues, the organization and the tasks of Financial Committee, and the incomes and expenses of 11 commit-tees of the 12. Turnfest in Leipzig 1913 in detail . In conclusion it became clear that the activities of German Turnverein were the autonomous by the independent source of revenues, according to the composite study on the financial affairs of the community Turnverein, Gau-Turnerbund, Kreis-Turnerbund and Deutsche Turnerschaft and the German Turnfest.

    The first modern "Greek Olympics" was held in Athens in 1859 . The characteristic feature of this Olympic Games was that it included the industrial exposition to compete among industrial, agricultural and stock raising products. The purpose of this paper is to clarify the process and the idea of the introduction of the industrial exposition to the "Greek Olympics". The following conclusions were derived;1) King Otto had interest in the ancient Olympic Games and he was concerned with the revival of the ancient competition games from the succession to the throne .2) The Greek government thought that the competition of the industrial products for the development of the modern country was the suitable idea of the Olympic Games in that time.3) The modern Greek included the industrials in the category of the competition to accomplish the Olympic Games.

    In this case study, economic impact to society by developing large scale sports dome (stadium with loof) were discussed. And the matters of promoting sports space were investigated in 3 economic viewpoints. The subjects were Tokyo Dome (1988-) and Fukuoka Dome (1993-). 1. Interindustrial affection : Input-output Analysis showed that big investments expanded into the construction industries, especially the manufacturing industries. And it showed the importance of planning/management investment and of cooperetion with related business for continuing economic impact. 2. Environmental economics : Governmental/financial supports for many new and ecology conscious technologies were suggested to be economic/social incentive. 3. Human capital approach : Customer, environment, and player oriented management were suggested to accumulate the human capital. Not quantitative but qualitative dimensions which were clarified in these economic/social aproaches would show the pragmatic advantage in sports development.

    This epidemiologic survey of the literature on the factors contributing to the high number of college football injuries consolidates the current information on the charac teristics and risk factors associated with these injuries. The injury rate of this studyfor last twelve years was 4.86 (NCAA : 6.57), Sprains and strains account for about40% of injuries ; contusions, 20% ; fractures, 8% ; dislocations, 4% ; and others of all injuries. Contact practice activities are the most common cause (70% of all injuries) of injuries.
