A program working on MS-Excel/VBA (Visual Basic for Application) has been developed in order to draw the Wulff net, which is commonly used for displaying unit vectors in geoscience fields. In the program, it is possible to change easily intervals of longitude and latitude lines and their color. Programs are also provided for plotting directions of bedding planes, fractures and others treated on MS-Excel, and for calculating frequencies of the directions.

A package of software written in Visual Basic for Application of MS-Excel has been developed for calculating variograms, considering that many geoscience data are preliminary processed by any software treating tables. The software includes fitting models, and drawing 2-D rose diagrams of ranges, 2-D variograms, and 3-D range diagrams as well as calculating variograms. Among them, 3-D range diagrams are displayed on a Wulff net. The software should make geostatistical treatment of geoscience data easy.
