This paper presents results of wind measurement using a compact all-fiber pulsed coherent Doppler lidar system. We measured wind velocity (speed and direction) using this system in both cases of onshore (measurement distance is about 200m.)and offshore (measurement distance is about 700m.)and compared these measured values with the reference values measured by a three-cup type anemometer and a vane type direction sensor. In the first place, we measure two values of line of sight (LOS)wind speed using this system. And a mean value of wind velocity is calculated using these two values of LOS wind speed. As the result of this study, the performance of this system was evaluated. The results of the values of wind velocity obtained by this system ware in agreement with the values measured by the three-cup type anemometer and the vane type direction sensor.
