    This paper describes the condition of the high frequency current generated by the high frequency switching of an inverter and the flow mechanism of the high frequency current turning to another system by the experimental system of the electric facility. There are TT grounding and TN grounding systems in the grounding system. According to experimental results,the flow of high frequency current depends upon the grounding system. In addition,both the earth current value of the B-c1ass grounding system and the voltage va1ue for the ground are different between TT grounding and TN grounding systems. These results obtained by this study are very useful for preventing various accidents caused by the high frequency current such as a false operation of electronics and a fire damage of machinery.
