    This paper proposes the IV Characteristics Scanning (IVCS) type MPPT control system of a buck-boost type DC-DC converter for a PV generation system with different type of PV Panel. In this method,it is possible to the maximum power possible under the current conditions by sequentially performing the maximum power point detection and the tracking operation for a fixed number of cycles. The proposed method yielded 13188Wh over the length of the experiment while the conventional HilI Climbing Control(HCC) Method yielded only 5846Wh,an increase of approximately 2.26 times.
