    This paper proposes discrete wavelet transform which makes the time-frequency analysis possible in order to analyze unsteady harmonic waveform. Especially we pay attention to spline wavelet transform which is said to be good at frequency resolution. In the first stage,we conduct the fundamental examination of harmonic analysis through the analysis of fundamental sine waves. At the next stage,b y applying the wavelet transform to the analysis of power distribution system in the factory as analysis sample,we examine the harmonic analysis,and verify its effectiveness.
