The purpose of the professional consumer education is the training to become a specialist of consumer problems. In order to investigate the contents, first of all, I classified the subjects of ability into four main groups in the studies. Next, I pointed out 69 items regarding the content and the level for education concretely. After that, the consumer education specialists assessed them by mail. As a result, I recommend the department of home economics should take charge of the education mainly, and the department of business economics should follow. In addition, the study makes clear what to do in terms of consumer education.

The purpose of this study is to analyze consumer troubles by using multi-agent simulation (MAS). Most studies have not taken human variety into consideration, much less interaction with human beings. Therefore, these could not solve many consumer troubles. So, we use MAS to solve these troubles. MAS is the following: The human being (agent) who has some kind of behavior styles is set up in many, each agent does an interaction with others, each agent has the possibility to change his behavior style, social changes can be predicted. As a result, we get the following: ①We need social power to attain “good” society, ②Vender “education” can solve consumer troubles efficiently, ③We can understand the emerging process of consumer troubles.

Consumers' activities for saving and choices of financial assets must influence the national economy seriously. However, at present, consumers are not able to find out the best way to manage their financial assets. This might be because consumers can not obtain enough information to utilize it properly for the management of their assets. This paper analyses the consumer's consciousness of financial information, their use of information technology and practical use of financial information. Through questionnaires, this paper clarifies the meanings of information technology and information itself which enable consumers to make effective use of financial information and to lead financial activities appropriately with information technology.
It was suggested that in order to use financial information and information technology effectively, consumer education to enhance the consciousness on general information and information-related activities is more important than to teach technical knowledge on financial information or techniques of information technology.

The focus of this study was to examine the current situation of natural gas vehicles and to propose about natural gas vehicles (NGVs) popularization. Although the utilization of natural gas vehicles has been increasing rapidly, the number was only 0.01% of total vehicles in use in Japan. The main user of NGVs was not an individual but a gas company and a local government. Young drivers are interested in NGVs, but they do not have much knowledge of NGVs. It is needed to promote the popularization of NGVs through a deeper understanding of NGVs by improving knowledge and
disseminating information.

Two types of money are legal money and local money. Legal money circulates through the global market, such as yen and dollar. Local money is like a local exchange trading system for members to
exchange goods or services and supplements legal money. It is said that members of the systems improve volunteer minds, and the systems are useful to restore communities faced with problems. It is not rare that people have managed two types of money in history.
The purpose of this study is to find out the reasons that consumers need local money in modern life and to consider new ways to educate consumers for finance. I would emphasize that consumers need literacy to manage two types of money in the 21st century.
