Recently RFID is gathering people's attentions as an enabler to streamline business process such as SCM. With the progress of the wireless technology, it becomes easy to use RFID in the corporate information system; however, it has not been widely adopted yet. We think that this slow adoption is because currently RFID is only used to make the existing process more accurate and efficient. To fully utilize RFID and eventually accelerate the adoption, we propose an approach that companies should utilize the fine granular information and incorporate the information in designing the process. As a first report of the proposal, we review the status of current RFID technology; show that it has sufficient capabilities for fine granular information; and discuss the direction of the SCM innovation.

Our goal in this paper is to examine production improvement activities in the automobile manufacturing industry as a process of knowledge creation, and clarify the factors that enable knowledge creation in externalisation of the SECI process. For the sake of analysis, it adopts a knowledge creation theory to which have been added first, second, and third-person viewpoints. The inclusion of these viewpoints make possible a grasp, not possible using a past theory of knowledge creation, of action and the subjective aspects of the actors who create knowledge.

The dynamism that occurs with organizational change is studied by dividing the employees into three groups; one that accepts the change, the second that resists the change, and the third that remains between those two groups. As a case study, this reports new industrial structure. Jrock is known as Japanese music in overseas market. From my field research, it is found that some of the fans overseas are not only the listeners but also the promoters. They organize the projects and part of them become the tour agents who invite Jrock artists to their countries. That roles are almost the same as the one of the international department of record company. This is not only the popularity of Japanese music but also the structural change of music industry; the receiver can be the sender. It is suggested that the former structure of music industry has changed.

This paper examines the usefulness of introducing the notion of prioritization in the design of business models for open wireless networks in which various providers jointly offer the network, and to which users add value by providing content that induce other users to pay for the use of the network. This paper focuses on construction and management of the open wireless networks. Adoption of IP gave networks versatility to carry various kinds of media that historically required proprietary dedicated networks. Therefore, I focused attention on the "priority," which describes preference for the usage of bandwidth, to share the cost of open wireless networks. From the analysis of present research, we can conclude that the "priority" is a useful cost allocation driver.

In this report we focused for in-depth analysis on the action of conferences/meetings which forms the majority of transaction cost portion. Here we took an empirical approach to adopt a set of KPI (i.e. efficiency and effectiveness of events) and key activity indexes (KAI) for evaluation by the organizers and participants. Thorough the following statistical analysis we found significant correlations/cause-effects between KPI and KAI, which provides implications to structural equation modeling.

In this study, I compare the performance of the simple Linear Programming model and the stock index. The model is carried out once during 1 month, using the features describing above, and does not need specialized knowledge. The Linear Programming model is formulated by the network structure, adopts 4-quantile of monthly data to the prediction, and assumes that the equal probability to stock's price will go up or down. 3 brands 2 period model generates 64 scenarios. During a slump term of stock exchange market, the Linear Programming model scores better performance comparing to the stock index.

This paper presents a method for numerical computation of Nash equilibria in finite games with more than 3 x 3 bimatrix. An analytical method for finding Nash equilibria for 2 x 2 bimatrix game is well-know, and Shapley's labeling method was presented for 3 x 3 bimatrix games. However, the labeling method is so complicated that it can not be applied for more than 3 x 3 games in general. In this paper, we implemented the labeling method on computers and succeeded in identifying Nash equilibria for any 3 x 3 bimatrix game numerically within a fairly short time and with practically-enough precision. Using this method it's possible to find equilibria in more than 3 x 3 bimatrix games.

From the recognition, recently, total research of the approach for risks at 4SME clusters was done. Data was analyzed from the viewpoint to clear the relationships between the intangible assets (sense of manager, collaboration between manager and employee, employee moral, etc.) and company outcome, and the intangible assets and cluster characteristics. We investigate whether the number and content of postings of the posting of BBS become the explanatory variables of the stocks return. In previous work, the possibility that these factors are related to the stocks return and risk is suggested. We verify whether CAPM approve a portfolio by the number and contents of postings in TSE. We find the possibility CAPM is not approved in a portfolio with the highest number of postings and the fewest number of postings as well as the highest number of bullish postings and the highest number of bear postings. In order to ensure greater food safety it has become imperative that the full sharing of information takes place between food manufacturers and retailers. However, this sharing is considered a burden by many manufacturers. In recent times, though, software has been developed that enables this sharing to be done in a more efficient, less burdensome way. However, for this to be effective, both retailers and manufacturers need to be using the same software. This ability to effectively share information, in a less troublesome way than previous methods, should ensure greater food safety. We conducted a case study research of M Company, one of the largest food manufacturers in Japan. From this, we were able to highlight four primary burdens facing manufacturers in today`s food industry.

Evaluation systems for team-members have an effect on organization behavior, and their effect depends on external environmental factors and organizational characteristics. Therefore a contingency analysis of the evaluation systems under the classified situations has importance. Flaherty et al. (2007) classified into three types of sales situations.
