pρT property for trifluoroiodo methane (CF3I), which is expected as alternatives for Halons of fire extinguishers or Freons of refrigerants, is one of important thermophysical properties and was measured in this study. Measurements were carried out by isochoric method and 116 data points were obtained in the temperature range from 323 K and 453 K, in the pressure range up to 10 MPa along 18 isochoric lines in the density range from 74 to 1817 kg/m3. The present data was correlated by Benedict–Webb–Rubin (BWR) equation and represented within 2 % as pressure deviation.
