This paper resolve an aspect in the development of Perspective in Renaissance Italy and aim at the Baldassarre Peruzzi's “The Study for Perspective”. We consider the subject under the following heads : (1) the problem about the Poggi's opinions, (2) the drawing method and the drawing process of “The Study for Perspective”. The results are as follows. The drawing method of “The Study for Perspective”is not based on the geometric progression as the Poggi's opinions.“The Study for Perspective”was drawn a distance of parallel lines (horizontal lines) by a semicircle and diagonal lines. The perspective which was bom as‹The method for accurate representation› in the fifteenth century was simplified into ‹The method for approximate representation› in the earlier part of the sixteenth century.

Hiroshige's series of works entitled “Famous Places of the Eastern Capital” is famous as a fine work. In the works especially “Evening Cherry Blossoms, Yoshiwara Nakanocho” has high evaluation. I have a peculiar impression of spatial expression on this work, and this spatial expression is different from that of the space expressed by other works in this series. It is the impression of spatial expression that other pictures of those days didn't have. And it is the feeling of pictorial space similar to that of actual vision experience we have when we look at modem pictures. It is the theme of a main subject to consider how the feature is made. Therefore, I analyzed the pictures from a viewpoint of a perspective projection. Moreover, from the view point of projective technique. I compared this work with others and I also inquired about the color of this picture. As a result, found this work has a rare form a two-point perspective for Hiroshige's work, and it became clear that a setup of a vanishing point is peculiar. Moreover, I considered the reason why this work has a modernistic actual feeling in the expression of space in it through analysis of the composition and color of this work.
