Nonlinearity of a cantilever vibrator is made of material nonlinearity and geometrical nonlinearity In this study, geometrical nonlinearity is investigated. By the equilibrium of forces, the equations of vibration are gained, and the frequency is calculated by the perturbation method. The result is shown in eq. 100. "l" is the lenth of cantilever, "U_0" is the tip amplitude, "C" is a Constant, and "ω_0" is the circular natural frequency. "Δω" is the circular frequency deviation at U_0=U_0 from that of U_0=U_0. The Value of C is shown in Fig. 6 and Tab. 1.
