To improve the living environment in built-up area, the inner space of city block is one of the most importantfactors. It brings us not only the sunshine and draft but also the some effects of daily necesities.
The pupose of this paper is to find the types of open space structuring the living environment of city block in SUZAKA. There are three kinds of out-door spaces depending on the respective function. They are “the accessspace”, “the supporting living space”, and “the chink”. Through analyzing these types of space, I got the followingresults. SUZAKA has the 5 types of the open space structuring, and they are related to the access space and theliving supporting space such as their own characteristic functions. Especially, the common access space, which isrelated 3 types of them, has the different characteristic of access functions, such as the number of access or walkingarea, and thier form each other.

Not only with small floor space but large one, the rent of rental housing in Tokyo Metropolitan Area had beendeclining till winter last year. In other words, the supply of rental housing had exceeded the demand of that.Therefore, the liberalization of housing lease contract won't promote to supply rental houses so much.
Disputants overestimate the restrictive effect of the Land renting and House Leasing Law. And they miss otherrisks of rental housing business.……Those are “vacant house risk” and “tenant risk”. I think they are rather big.Because they are more impending.
The relative weakness of the demand on rental housing comes from the merits of owner occupied housing. Somecosts that accompany with rental housing are unnecsssary for owner occupied housing. Accordinngly, the growthof household income and housing finance had raised the share of owner occupied housing.

The purpose of this paper is to advance the theory of joint housing policy by neibouring local governments and to consider its merits. Regional structure that becomes an object of housing policy doesn't agree with boundary between local governments, and we need multi-scale housing policy of neibouring cities, towns and villages.
Tanabe, Seika and Kizu Town in Kansai Science City made “Gakken Sancho” joint housing master plan last year. We surveyed housing conditions of “Gakken Sancho”, and showed merits of joint housing policy from the perspective of relation between old town and new town extending for three towns.
