There are lots of leaseholds in the city area. The potential conflict between the leasehold and ownership often restricts the redevelopment of the area. The land readjustment project should play an active role in the solution of the conflicts to redevelop city areas. However the project is not provided with sufficient means to rearrange entangled real estate rights. This thesis proposes seven measures to be adopted in the land readjustment project for the rearrangement of real estate rights.
