As the uprise and the collapse of an enormous scaled “bubble” boom has a lot to do with the land price, it affected medium and small sized real estate agents in Tokyo a great deal. This paper presents the outcome of the analysis of the 3 inquiries made to the total number of 40, 000 members during this period. We go investigated the possibility of joining in reverse mortgage market which promote to the use of real (house) owned by the aged persons. Based on the analysis of the inquiries etc., we will try to find out necessary conditions for the participation in the reverse mortgage market and its actual problem.
