Of note, display lighting in the Fukui Prefectural Dinosaur Museum plays important roles in illumination balance and stage effect. Forty two mounted dinosaur skeletons in the permanent exhibition gallery are installed in the inside of an oval dome which is column-free space. This constraint is overcome by using spot and fluorescent lights effectively, making the exhibition spectacular and giving deep impressions to visitors.
The series E7/W7 of Hokuriku Shinkansen is a new rolling stock that East Japan Railway Company (series E7) and West Japan Railway Company (series W7) jointly developed aiming at the Kanazawa opening of Hokuriku Shinkansen. Our company developed the LED interior light to the green car and the ordinary car of the series E7/W7. The light is a semi-indirect lighting of unique skills that combined an indirect lighting with the direct lighting and we create a soft lighting environment without glare that matched to the concept of the series E7/W7. The illuminance fills the standard of JIS. The brightness equally obtains an illuminance in any seats. The correlation color temperature of the green is 3000K to create a relaxing atmosphere, and the ordinary car is 5000K to create a vivid bright cabin. Power consumption can be reduced by 40 percent compared with a past fluorescent lamp.
