It is difficulty problems that discriptive terms agree with information retrieval terms when we need of information in the technologigal thesis from computer processing. Accoding to our former report, We expected Chinese-character's row to be composed of a small character's row in 1〜3 characters from the occurrence of probability. Now we verify by using computer whether the Chinese-character's row are practically composed of a small character's row or not. So we extract how many character's row that were one character short of an expression character's row were by using computer processing. We also extracted an expression character's row by means of the form that were in 1〜3 character's row and investigated the condition of its intervention. As a result, if the Chinese-character's row is composed of 4〜5 Chinese-characters, in fact it consists of the intervention in a small Chinese-character's row in 1〜3 characters. Especially we can recognize that the row in 2 Chinese-character function as an important factor for constituting the Chinese-character's row.

This article discusses the questions: What kind of an organization is the Records Management Society of Japan (RMS Japan)? What are the objectives? What kind of People are society members? What activities are expected of the members? What is records management? What is records management for? What are the keywords of records management? Various motives work when people participate in an organization. RMS Japan opens its gate to occurpation-oriented, profession-oriented, or calling-oriented people. Among them, profession-oriented participants can contribute to and benefit from the society most effectively. Life cycle of record, systems approach, and management function are the keywords of records management. The life cycle concept enables us to prepare retention schedules for the whole life of records. Systems approach integrates autonomy and interdependence of subsystems. Management function plans, organizes, controls, and coordinates human activities relating to records through the life cycle concept and systems approach, and makes an organization achieve its goals. Records are kept for future generations. Records management cultivates serendipity.
