There are two types of information activities in company for research and development works. One is the "Type of Practical Development" which is the individual technical information for workers in development and the another is the "Type of Plan"for managers or planners. In this paper, it is focused on the "Type of Plan" and stated generally about the systems where the information activities of this type should be or the analytical techniques. And it is introduced the cause analysis of hidrance for such activities and the counter-measures for the individual problems.
