In this study, we propose on a development of the School Mathematics Teaching Material Bank System for developing student's ability. Firstly we constructed the hierarchical problem classification model before developing the School Mathematics Teaching Material Bank System. Next, we developed the system of classifying the problem of school mathematics based on the hierarchical problem classification model by using neural network. Furthermore, we developed the School Mathematics Teaching Material Bank System for accumulating those problems as a database. We applied the School Mathematics Teaching Material Bank System in unit "Simultaneous equations" of 8th grade in the junior high school. Compared with the case of not applying the School Mathematics Teaching Material Bank System and the case of applying it, the case of latter obtained the learning effect.

The purpose of this research is to clarify children's recognition of ratio. We developed problems to compare a chance of drawing a lot in three lotteries and carried out the examination intended for 51 students of 5th grade in elementary school. As a result of scalogram analysis and protocol analysis, we clarified the followings.
(1)Children's recognition of ratio can be classified into 5 categories.
(2)The percentage of children who can recognize multiple relation is only 5.9%.
(3)If the number of a lot is equal to the number of a blank in each three lotteries, children can't use the idea that if the number of a lot is equal to the number of a blank in the both lotteries, a chance of drawing a lot in both lotteries is same.

The purpose of this study is to clarify how the communication activities in the cooperative distance learning influenced the students' abilities of expression of connecting the change in the phenomenon with graph. Therefore, in the cooperative distance learning to pose problems to each other about movements of walking and graphs, we carried out the experiment class which express movements of walking by the body or the sentence and interpret them, through mathematical activities. The following results were obtained:
    (1) The students' ability of expression to interpret the sentence and draw the graph of the change of the phenomenon was improved.
    (2) The students' ability of expression to interpret the graph and describe the sentence of the change of the phenomenon was improved.
    (3) The students' consciousness to grasp the relationships between time and distance in the movement of walking was improved.

Recently, it is pointed out that many teachers mathematics teaching are not well. But effective in-service training has not been done. Therefore, in this study, we have developed a RTMaC lesson study to solve above problem. The study can use in a school teacher training, individual training, and collective training. In this paper, we cleared a next point by our try to be done the study on some public schools. The study is effective for in-service teacher training because children’s ability and teacher’s ability were improved.

The authors have been engaged in information science education for medical technologist training in a medical technology school. Up to the present, information science has not always been an indispensable part of learning for paramedics in Japan. However, along with the recent progress and technological advances in medical test equipment, as well as the promotion of electronic medical recording systems and online receipt of remuneration for medical services as solutions to the insufficient number of physicians and their increased workload, the importance of information science and technology, including PC and Tablet computer operations, has been growing. In line with this, the recent paramedic licensing examinations have included content related to information science. This paper discusses information science education for effective clinical practice.
