Today's business environment is undergoing rapid changes due to the globalization of business, innovations in information technology, and increased awareness and demands from customers. These changes result in a tough competitive environment which many organizations cannot scrutinize. Employees and managers in organizations must have information literacy to increase their productivity, quality of service, and competitive ability. In this paper, I have surveyed the curriculum of business colleges, and schools and departments at universities in the USA. Finally, for business major, it is important to learn communication and information using literacies other than computer literacy. Because, university freshmen already are computer literate.
