The purpose of this study was to investigate the problems which nursery school teachers would have to concern themselves about in using a personal computer at a nursery school. For this study, a questionnaire was presented that consisted of 33 questions. It was given to 144 in-service nursery teachers. They were asked for the replies through a rating scale method. As a result of Factor Analysis, four factors were extracted and named as follows : (I) Influence of mental and physical development on children, (II) The meaning and method of using a personal computer by child-care practice at nursery school, (III) Consensus among nursery teachers, (IV) The literacy of computer using. Furthermore, as a result of the rating value, the problems shown by the previous studies were highly supported also by this study, such as "the opportunity for a child to play in nature decreases", "the opportunity for personal exchange decreased" by children's using a computer. In addition to the above mentioned, some new problems were discovered such as : "It is difficult to work a computer into the child care plan and the child care environment", and "It is difficult to raise nursery school teachers computer use ability", etc.
