We develop the decision making support system for a teacher in order to support conditions of the individual learners to judge effectively in the whole class. A teacher accepted advice from the system as an index of the judgment, and effect was seen in a learner's degree of understanding as a result of using the system in the experiment class. As a result of the questionnaire, it became clear that it is necessary to do correspondence toward the independent learner whom a degree of understanding is different from. So, by this research, we develop a lesson progress support system to do correspondence effectively toward the independent learner whom a degree of understanding is different from in a whole class. As a result of using the system in the experiment class, it was found out that it became to be reflected by ability comparing the class which was used an individual support system with the class which wasn't used it. As a result of the questionnaire, a difference in some thought was seen in a learner's degree of satisfaction in the question item about the individual correspondence, ambition, and self-evaluation.
