According to the results of a questionnaire completed by the students following a series of lessons, more than half said that upstream of a landform, alluvial plains and coastal landforms are connected by rivers, and that landforms are changed as a result of human impact. They also said that it is easy to understand concepts summarized in the diagram that show landforms and their relationships to geomorphological action, and through tasks in which students work cooperatively.
Students were able to understand, through a series of lessons, that landforms change dynamically, and were also able to understand the relationship between landform types from the river to the sea through the drawing of a diagram. An educational method in which students exchange ideas and assemble a variety of elements is suitable for learning about land systems. Future geography education demands an approach to learning through the perspective of landsystems in the drainage basin area. It is necessary for students to solve problems in order to realize a sustainable society.
